Gave us an appointment for a Saturday when they are closed!!!! Second time they have messed up our appointments. NEVER called us to reschedule! We will be finding a new dentist!

All of the staff here are polite & professional. Questions were honestly answered and issues dealt with with genuine compassion. If you are in NWI or Chicago south suburbs and are looking for an excellent dental practice, look no further than Peterson Family Dental. They are the best!

Switched dentists for our family, and could not be happier! Everyone in this office was so kind and welcoming and friendly. They were patient and took the time to explain everything and make it fun for my anxious four year old. When we left (shiny teeth and cavity-free!), he said, "Wow that was so much fun! It was a great day!" Thank you to everyone here for a great experience. We will be back!

Had an extraction done today by Dr. Rachel, and i felt ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN!!! The technique they use is awesome.. I never write reviews but i had to express how painless my experience was... This is the place to come if you are nervous about having dental procedures done.

I went to the Peterson family dental office on Hart street and I was greeted with the most friendliest staff! The Dentist herself was as friendly as can be and GREAT and what she does! I walked out with a great smile and a new dentist! Thanks!

I finally found my people! I witnessed their new building being built in my neighborhood, from the foundation to the final landscaping, but I never imagined Peterson Family Dental would be my new dentist. I decided to give them a try, and it turns out, they are not just a beautiful new building! From the phone call to the check-in, to the cleaning with Ashley (wonderful personality and skills) the exam with Dr. Doreen, to the checkout with the front staff, I felt comfortable. No pretension, no unnecessary procedures, just great dental service, and a few laughs in between. I've been back a few times and Dr. P will be doing my implant crowns. I'm so glad they moved to my neighborhood.

I had a root canal done recently and Oh my, I felt completely nothing. I thought it would be painful but I was wrong. Dr. Rachel was amazing along with her assistant.

I have been coming to this practice for years. Dr. Peterson and Dr. Hinc are extremely warm, professional and competent! I don't trust anyone else with my teeth. Their new office is very clean with new equipment that makes the patient experience quick and easy!
