Dr. Peterson is pleasant and knowledgeable. His billing department is not. After trying for months to reach the billing department to ask why my account had not been sent to my insurance company I gave up and am filing the claim myself. I rate customer service a zero.

I made an appointment for my wife for a cleaning. When I made the appointment I made sure there was not going to be any cost above what our insurance would cover they said no other charges. We were surprised when she got ready to leave and they charged her $280 for the cleaning without any authorization. Terrrible business practice! Don't use this dentist

After years of braces, the dentist was my only fear until I met Dr. Saghatchi. The good doctor and his wonderful staff are so very kind and gentle that I no longer grip the chair for dear life. Instead, I now look forward to getting my teeth cleaned every six months! I have never felt pressured to purchase extra services (whitening, brushes, night guards, etc.) and they are very good about answering all of my questions regarding products and services at each visit. Scheduling is very easy, and they send you reminders via email and phone prior to the date of appointment. We appreciate Dr. Saghatchi and staff so much that we followed him from another location to our now favorite location in Laguna since moving to this area. I have referred many friends and coworkers, and everyone loves Premier Dental just as much as my family!

I love the staff and front office. They are all kind and caring. Dr. Peterson was very nice and I felt comfortable with the work that was done when I was in the chair. I feel good there.

When I moved to OC, I searched for the right dental office. After 1 visit to Premier Dental, it was clear I'd found it. Dr. Saghatchi is efficient and talented, and you'll know immediately you're in great hands. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Saghatchi has been keeping me smiling for as long as I can remember! I was referred to him by my trustworthy friends and the experiences have been amazing. He and his staff are friendly with each visit. I have had my teeth worked on regularly here and will keep coming back.

I have been going here for about 2 years now and have yet to be let down. The staff is great and it is a very clean and relaxing environment. I would recommend all my family and friends to come here for any of there dental needs from cleaning to invisalign and everything in between!

I have always had the best experience with Dr. Sagatchi. Having crooked teeth he suggested Invisalign and I am thrilled with the result; I wish I had done it much sooner. I was using a CPAP machine and asked if there was any alternative and I now use a mouthpiece (much like Invisalign) at night and it has made a world of difference. I sleep much better and have more energy.

Great Dentistry Office! I've had a very pleasant experience with them. All the staff are kind and extremely professional. Rose is great taking care of the patients since the first visit, she always provides all the pertinent information and she makes the patient feel welcomed and like at home. Rose Mary is great with all the patients as well as Mary Jean the hygienist, she is particularly kind, gentle and very nice with the patients, she always tell you what she is doing. Dr. Saghatchi is an extremely professional dentist, he takes care very well of the patients, he clearly explains every treatment needed and why is needed, once he is performing the procedures, he is very nice and always puts the patient's comfort and safety above anything else. I highly recommend this Dentistry Office to anyone living in the Orange County area. Rafael Hernandez.

The people were kind, but I felt like I was treated like I was purchasing a used car. They tried (multiple times) to up sell me on services that I didn't need nor want. It made me uncomfortable and the "negotiations" took a long time. I just wanted my teeth clean!
