Let me share my awful experience with Dr Weightman. After 2 lengthy visits, with my jaw clamped open wide for hours each time, just for 1 tooth. Mind you, she never asked if I wanted to take a break from the jaw clamp, I had to raise my hand several times. It was a very painful, uncomfortable experience. So after working on my tooth, she tells me at the second visit that she was unable to finish my root canal, due to my roots facing opposite ways. Why didn't she tell me at the 1st visit??!! I was shocked and very upset. I asked her to have Dr. Ceravelo ( the head and owner of the Liverpool facility) to take a look at it for a second opinion. She rudely declined. It was her own incompetence. So I left the office in pain with only a partial root canal. I still got billed for alot of $$. Do NOT go there! Now I need to find a new one asap, spending more time & $$.

Had an emergency root canal done this week after I chipped two of my teeth. I was in a lot of pain as my pulp canal was exposed. Ceravolo DDS fit me in the next day that I called. Dr. Bailey Weightman performed the root canal over two visits. She answered my questions (Of which there were many) patiently and explained the procedure in depth. Highly recommend Dr. Weightman! The front office was great answering my insurance questions, because I know little to nothing about how much it was going to cost, how to bill it, etc. Dr. Weightman also referred me to another specialist for follow up. There was no pain during the root canal, and little to none after. There office was clean, up to date as far as I could tell, and overall for a root canal, it was a smooth experience.

I was seen by Dr. Joseph Ceravalo today per an investigation into severe tooth pain on a referral from my regular dentist. His examination of me, testing and taking time to "listen" to my issues helped him & me reach the conclusion I would require (2) root canals...[side by side]. The evidence was overwhelming. He suited up and prepared for thr procedures right then and being a subject in my 60's, I have had several root canals...[I got ready]. The way this man worked on me was as if he were an artist. He was very gentle, very kind and the most important thing in his life at thiat time was "me". He handled the procedure(s) painlessly and with such finesse, it felt as if I was having minor dental work done. He measured, analized and checked and double checked every move he made and to me was extremely professional. Upon completion, I went home and took [antibiotic, Tylenol and Advil ] and was PAIN FREE. It is now 13.5 hrs later and I am totally "PAIN FREE". I want to thank Dr. Joe and his assistant for one of the most enjoyable medical treatments I have ever had... The only downside is [my dental insurance only pays 1/2 so that was a bit painful, but for me, it was worth every single penny. Respectfully, Paul E. Clapper, Syracuse, NY

Time is precious, do not waste is waiting on others! We pay these Specialist our hard earn money. I am very picky on who I give my money too. NOT THIS PLACE - EVER! After waiting alomst an 1 hour, al th while being snipped at for asking questions and then told ppl can wait up to 2 HOURS to be seen, etc... HELL NO. I asked for all my paperwork and I left. TIME IS PRECIOUS, DO NOT WASTE IT WAITING ON OTHERS!

Last week I took my 83 year old mother to see Dr Ceravolo for a root canal. The office was very accommodating to her needs. She was in a lot of pain and they were able to get her in the same day I was referred to the office. My mother was feeling much better that evening . Special shout out to the receptionist who helped my Mom navigate her new insurance. 4 stars!

Dr. Ceravolo saw me on short notice in an emergency situation on the referral of my general dentist. The doctor took and reviewed X-rays of my "problem" tooth, advised me of my options with regard to treatment, and completed the root canal within an hour of entering his office. Dr. Ceravolo gently numbed things up with novocaine, then quickly and skillfully performed the root canal procedure. I felt no pain at all (during or after the procedure) and my tooth was saved. The doctors office is state of the art and the office staff professional and courteous. I have recommended Dr. Ceravolo to my family, friends, and co-workers.

Dr. Ceravolo is the best. Hands down. No where else will you find a more caring, personable, and skilled dentist. I've been coming to Dr. Ceravolo for years. He's the only one I would trust my family to go to. Do the right thing and do yourself a favor, go to Rockland Dental with Dr. Ceravolo.

I am a retired Periodontist from Liverpool and a past patient of Dr. Ceravolo. I'm arguably the most informed patient Dr. Ceravolo has ever treated. And yes, even dental specialists need root canals at some time in their lives. Because we are living so much longer, the nerve inside the tooth simply dies. But we as patients continue to live many more productive years. Dr. Ceravolo has completed three endodontic procedures on me personally. He has completed two for my wife. Four of my family members are his past patients. I would recommend his endodontic services without reservation. I have close friends who are Endodontists in other cities. They have examined my endodontic results with multiple compliments. Unequivocally, without reservation, I recommend Dr. Ceravolo's practice for you endodontic care. After a previous dental procedure went awry, I found myself in extreme pain and in need of a root canal. I called Dr. Ceravolo's office and they were able to get me in the same day. I was guided with what will happen during the procedure, what to be on the lookout for after, and how to manage my pain and care for my tooth as it healed. Dr. Ceravolo and his staff valued my needs and listened to my concerns. He answered all my questions. He and his staff made me feel as if I was an old friend versus a new patient. I have referred friends, family, and even a stranger to Dr. Ceravolo. He was the best!

Dr .C. Is really cool and did a great job for my root canal . I waited about 2 hours in the chair watching crocodiles patience was running thin . And I set my appointment to be the first one there . One doctor 3 patients he was juggling us all but I was satisfied. .

Long wait in the office, horrible service, horrible customer service. Billing a mess after and they never reach out to let you know. I would avoid at all cost if you can. It will save you money to avoid them. Even after my regular dentist had to fix the work that was done at this office.
