I had a very bad experience with another dentist and was referred to this dentist. Even the previous dentist broke my tooth nerve during crown treatment and the crown fell off again. I couldn't trust them anymore, so I came to Dr. Lee. Dr. Lee found the dental nerve problem and treated it perfectly. I had to wait 2 weeks or more to wear a temporary crown at the previous dentist. Dr. Lee's treatment took only three hours. It was amazing. I didn't need to wear a temporary crown for 2 weeks! He is very unique in the personal treatment I got my experience made me fully trust dentist again. This is a top notch office that is clean and professional. I highly recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Dr Lee is amazing! I had a great first time visit. He was highly skilled, responsible and knowledgeable, and explained everything to me. He saved my broken teeth and did two perfect crown with super cool 3D scan and CAD/CAM technology, finishing my root canal and crown in just one visit! I'll be recommending all of my friends and family here.

So I got broken tooth the day before I visited Dr. Lee's office. Upon a careful examination of the tooth, he told me that he may have to pull it out and do the implant, but wanted to see if he can save it. He was not only able to save it but also designed, baked, and put crown the same day. It has been one week since I received the treatment and I do not feel any discomfort. All is good. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee.

I will start this by saying I have been avoiding the dentist for years because of another dentist who was too rough. Well my temporary crown finally fell out after years. I don't know how it lasted that long but I could no longer avoid the dentist. This happened a few days before a wedding. Dr. Lee responded back to my inquiry in the middle of the night and got me in the next for an emergency appointment. I couldn't believe how fast and responsive. He did not judge me for avoiding dentist for so long and was great about making everything as painless as possible. He is very talented and very kind. I received so many compliments at the wedding on my tooth. I'm happy to finally find a dentist I am comfortable with.

Seems like it's been forever since I set foot in the office of a dentist. I am so glad I found Dr. Lee as I was reluctantly browsing the many dentists in the area on Yelp. He is truly a master of his craft and really knows his stuff. Definitely go to him for a consultation and he will be extremely transparent when telling you what work needs to be done on your teeth. If something doesn't look terrible he will also mention that you won't need work done on it right now, but to keep an eye on the situation. He was very welcoming and even stayed over his open hours to fit me in because of my work schedule. It was my very first time getting a root canal and crowning done so I was pretty nervous. He is so good I did not feel a thing during the procedure and even afterwards I feel great, not bad at all. Dr. Lee has a machine that makes the crown in house so you will not have to be bothered by a temporary crown and rescheduling to come back in 2 weeks! Best experience with a dentist I have ever had.

EDITED REVIEW: STAY AWAY!! Not worth the worry!!! This is my 3rd edit of my review, and I have wanted to change this review for some time, but I have been afraid. The first review was positive after I first met the dentist, and he asked me to write him a review. The second review was mixed after an interaction with the dentist where I felt disrespected. Dr. Lee did NOT like my 2nd review which stated that he was a talented dentist, yet he needs to work on his customer service. This is my final review after everything that happened. I am still honestly afraid that he will contact me again and yell at me as he did when he saw my 2nd review which is why I have taken so long to write this. After posting my 2nd updated review about how disrespectfully Dr. Lee spoke to me, he called me and texted me, harassing me, FOR HOURS. FROM 5 PM-7 PM, I WAS GETTING ANGRY TEXT MESSAGES...FROM MY DENTIST!!! Finally, my spouse took my phone and asked him to stop. It was scary....and all because I felt he spoke to me harshly!! WOW! Own your behavior sir. Where is the customer service?? I have attached one of his text messages below. He blackmailed me to remove the 2nd review that he did not like. Yes. You read that right. When I called his office during the initial incident to cancel, I felt he spoke to me rudely and was angry with me, so I changed things around in my schedule and STILL SAW THE DENTIST. I never canceled my appointment. I have the credit card receipt to prove it, yet Dr. Lee threatened to send me to collections despite the fact that I did not actually cancel my appointment. Please ask yourself, is this the kind of man you want working with you and or your family? There are so many talented dentists in this area. Please do not take the risk on Dr. Lee.

I've had a very pleasant experience at Dr. Lee's office. He's not only gentle and thorough, but he's also very honest. During my normal checkup I was told that I would need a crown, but during the procedure he was able to replace it with a filling instead which saved me a lot of money and time. Dr. Lee even reached out after to make sure I was not experiencing any discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Lee to anyone in search for a dentist.

Dr Lee got me in the same day I called. He works efficiently....there is no down time sitting in the chair waiting your turn! He replaced two old crowns with new ones, and I even got to watch the crown get made in his office with his machine which is like a 3 D printer. Dr Lee called me later in the day to see how I was feeling, and I mentioned that one of the crowns felt rough. He got me back in the next morning and smoothed off the surface of the crown for me. He makes sure you are comfortable while he works too! After avoiding dentists for 10 years I have found one I am happy with. He doesn't try to sell services or things you don't need, just takes care of business!

Extremely rude and does not listen to patient. Claims he only does high-end materials and tells patient to go somewhere else for "cheap" stuff. Charges x3 cost of normal services that I have been doing years at Irvine. After the visit, he continuously texts and "CALLED MY WIFE" about how rude I was!! Calling family members!!! Please be aware. I am about to file a complaint to American Dental Association and State of California Dental Board for all the harassment!

Go here of you want great quality. It's obvious that Dr. Lee is personally interested in the work he does. I had a crown done and was impressed to see him so focused and determined on the task - like all great craftsmen. He goes the extra step to ensure satisfaction. You can be confident that the awards and positive ratings Dr Lee has received are well deserved.

I came to Dr. Lee's office on Saturday morning and thought I might have a cavity. After a quick checkup, it turned out I actually didn't have a cavity. Dr.Lee was friendly, and was kind enough to not charge anything.

First I called him, and he texted me back instead of answering the call. Which I'm okay with, but not very professional during business hours. I asked how much he would charge me to remove my permanent retainer. The retainer has bent, has a sharp edge, and causing pain and discomfort in my mouth. The doctor then asked me if I have insurance. Knowing very well that insurance has nothing to do with this. I asked how much he would charge me- not whether its covered. I provided the name of my insurance. Then the doctor asked me when my last X Ray was taken, and I replied to that as well, but also asked why it was relevant to my request. Then after all of this, the doctor says "Sorry I am not accepting Delta at this time." - I never asked once to use my insurance for the procedure. I asked how much it would cost ME, not my insurance. I voiced my frustrations to this, reiterating that I would pay myself and not use insurance, and then the doctor says "Sorry I do not remove retainers. You need to see an orthodontist." Then continues to say that Delta doesn't pay for PPE and so he won't help. So which is it? Because I never asked for this to be done under insurance. Because Delta doesn't cover PPE, the dentist lied and told me they don't do a procedure which I know that any dentist or orthodontist can do with minimal tools. Then he proceeds to tell me that he doesn't do free dentistry and that I am demanding free dentistry! I SPECIFICALLY asked how much it would cost me, and he refused to give a number!! Then when he finally decided to re-read my messages and realize that I am asking for the cost to ME for the procedure, he directed me to some other business instead of helping a patient in need. I am in pain, with a sharp metal object in my mouth, and this dentist did nothing but argue insurance and prices with me. I didn't ask for insurance coverage once for this, but this dentist wants to take as much money as he can from patients on visits, clearly. When I reiterated my concerns once more, all I received was a "Delta does not pay to remove retainer" while for the past 20 minutes I'm trying to get it through his thick skull that I will pay for it myself. Then he texts me and says "I could tell from your first text we are not fit. Bad vibes. Your subsequent behavior proved me correct." I'm sitting here with a sharp piece of metal cutting up my mouth and was very kind when I reached out looking for a quote. Then I reply telling him he's a liar and voiced my frustrations, as he treated me like a number, not a patient. Then he has the nerve to say "My schedule is completely booked for the next three months with patients who pay in full. I do not patients who are seeking a discount." Not once did I ever ask for any relief or discount or anything in any of my messages with him. I told him he's an awful person for treating me like this. Then he has the nerve to tell me "Who is the awful person?" "If you can not afford treatment, so blame the Dr. You make no sense bro." These were literally his text messages to me. Unbelievable. Then says "There are tons of other dentists in Irvine. So if you do not agree, move on to the next one!" Then has the nerve to say the following after I tell him he has no sympathy for humans: "Whatever. You can't afford treatment so you are upset. I see it all the time." I have several texts with the doctor belittling me and treating me inhumanely. He said I was poor and couldn't afford the visit and thats why he treated me poorly. Money is not an issue at all. He didn't even give me the cost. I never once asked for a discount or asked to negotiate. He will reply a thousand different ways to cover his horrible behavior. If you are looking for a dentist, look elsewhere. He messaged me trying to get me to remove the review, and then once again belittled me. I do not recommend this dentist whatsoever. Very questionable business practices and clearly does not actually have care or compassion for patients in pain or in need. Now I'm back to the drawing board trying to find someone to help me.

Dr Lee has been taking care of my husband and I for 2+ years. We have had a range of treatments from simple cleanings, to crowns that he can design and implant in 1 stage (same day.) The office is spotless and practices social distancing, with temperature checks. He has the latest technology and always points out the issues on a large screen x-ray. He explains things well when you are trying to make a treatment plan. We really appreciate Dr. Lee's expertise!
