If I could give Dr Kaufman 10 stars I would do it without hesitation My visit was for extraction of an impacted infected wisdom tooth Dr Kaufman did the procedure under local anesthesia - waited till it took effect - and as a result I was completely comfortable- no pain at all! He explained what he needed to do and kept me informed throughout the process- I feel fortunate that I was referred to his care

My experience was about as much fun as getting a tooth pulled. Ha.Ha.Ha. In all seriousness Dr. Kaufman was great, his assistant was very nice too, he let me turn his hand into mush while getting numbing injections. I truly appreciated that cause I'm one of the worst dental patients ever, my anxiety was thru the roof. Hope I never need another tooth pulled again but if so I'd definitely go back.

Im not one for reviews but Dr. Kaufman deserves a good one. I was in the chair for 40 minutes. In that time I was numbed and gassed, 2 simple extractions and one a bit more invasive were completed and the procedure was wrapped. The thing I would really like to stress is how pain-free the experience was. Dr. Kaufman is the best of the best and the only person I will visit for future extractions.

First, the office staff was unbelievably incompetent and irresponsible in acquiring my records from the referring dentist. Second, I walk through the front door and there's a waiting room filled with unmasked people - masks are not required. That is beyond belief for a medical facility, many of whose patients are elderly. The treatment process itself was assembly line medicine. Hello, goodbye, boom.

Very nice staff! The Dr. Himself was amazing!! Everyone was very nice, honest and helpful. Prices are really fair, they saved me thousands of dollars compared to using my dentist. Love that they accept care credit as well :)

I absolutely loved Dr. Kaufman and his staff a few years ago when I had talked to him about implants. He explained everything but told me to wait a few weeks until after my granddaughters show. I had to have bypass surgery and couldn't get back. Now the office told me he NEVER did implants! even though he has it on his website! I trusted him and now I do not understand what happened. It is still on his webpage.

Excellent oral surgeon but his support staff is not. There have been incidents where we have run into issues. Nothing major but there is always room for improvement

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Everyone was so nice! My daughter was very nervous about having her teeth removed. Especially considering she has not had good experience with numbing meds when treating other teeth. She had 4 bicuspids removed and barely blinked an eye! They were very thoughtful and made her giggle and feel much more comfortable than I thought she would be. It was on a Friday and the staff offered cell numbers should we have an issue over the weekend! WONDERFUL DOCTOR AND STAFF!

I HAVE HAD TWO EXTRACTIONS BY DR KAUFMAN. HE MADE ME VERY COMFORTABLE AND ON EACH PROCEDURE ,I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR KAUFMAN AND HIS STAFF. CHARLES" SKIP" SMITH

Do not go here!!! Both of the dentist sons work in the office... RUDE. I waited three weeks to get an estimate. They told me their computers were broken for three weeks! When I got upset about the fact that I needed to know how much I was going to pay his son hung up on me. I asked to speak to the doctor. I never got a phone call back from the doctor. Two days prior to surgery we got a phone call from someone else in the practice stating that they were releasing us from the practice because I called the incompetent. Noone should have to wait three weeks and eight phone calls later to get an estimate!!!! When you have family members working in the practice make sure that they know how to do their jobs.

Dr Kaufman is awesome. I had no pain after my surgery of having all four wisdom teeth out. The surgery went as smooth as possible. His staff are excellent too! Thanks so much!!

Dr. Kaufman removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth and did a wonderful job! I had a tough recovery with 2 severe dry sockets but Dr. Kaufman and his staff did everything they could to help ease my pain. They worked me in immediately every time I called with pain and helped my dry sockets heal in no time. All of the assistants asked me how I was feeling every time I came into the office and they made me feel at home. Dr. Kaufman and his staff are the best!!!

Dr. Kaufman and his team are amazing. They are all very friendly and Dr. Kaufman is very professionell. My daughter was there for extraction of her wisdom teeth with little anathesia. She had little fear before. But from the first minute with Dr. Kaufman and his team everything was fine for her. She said she had no pain during and after and everything is healing very good. They take very good care before, during and after the surgery about her. I recommended him my friends as well.
