Dr. Blank graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry with distinction in 1989.While in Dental School, he was awarded membership in the Omicron Kappa Upsilon, Honorary Dental Society.After graduation from Dental School, Dr. Blank joined the United States Air Force.While there, he completed a one year General Practice Residency with post-doctoral training in all of the major dental disciplines at Offutt Air Force Base in Omaha, Nebraska.Dr. Blank then served for two years at Dover Air Force Base in Dover, Delaware, serving as Officer in Charge of Oral Surgery the last 1 years.
After separation from the Air Force in 1992, Dr. Blank returned to Hebron to begin his private practice. He saw his first patient on September 4, 1992, in his Hebron office at Country Square Plaza, where the Anytime Fitness is now.He and his staff moved into their new office building at 192 Professional Court in 2001.
Dr. Blank is a strong believer in the value of continuing education and received his Fellowship Award from the Academy of General Dentistry on July 22, 2000.Dr. Blank continues to attend various continuing education seminars across the United States.
