Dr. Blank graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry with distinction in 1989.While in Dental School, he was awarded membership in the Omicron Kappa Upsilon, Honorary Dental Society.After graduation from Dental School, Dr. Blank joined the United States Air Force.While there, he completed a one year General Practice Residency with post-doctoral training in all of the major dental disciplines at Offutt Air Force Base in Omaha, Nebraska.Dr. Blank then served for two years at Dover Air Force Base in Dover, Delaware, serving as Officer in Charge of Oral Surgery the last 1 years.
After separation from the Air Force in 1992, Dr. Blank returned to Hebron to begin his private practice. He saw his first patient on September 4, 1992, in his Hebron office at Country Square Plaza, where the Anytime Fitness is now.He and his staff moved into their new office building at 192 Professional Court in 2001.
Dr. Blank is a strong believer in the value of continuing education and received his Fellowship Award from the Academy of General Dentistry on July 22, 2000.Dr. Blank continues to attend various continuing education seminars across the United States.

Sometimes my schedule at work allows me to get to my appointment early and they are always ready to get me in early. Staff is great and Dr. Blank is excellent in talking you through everything that is going to happen and everything that is going on while doing a procedure.

Staff is always so nice and helpful! Dr. Blank is a wonderful doctor. Has always been honest with his opinions about treatment. Came to him after two other dentists caused some damage to some of my teeth/ improper fillings....I was still able to see my cavities! not sure what that other DDS was doing but DR. Blank corrected the issues. Thank to all in his office!

We love Dr Blank! I am one who gets anxiety every time I visit the dentist, even though most of my visits are nothing more than a 6 month cleaning and check up. Dr. Blank is very calming and informative in every process. His staff has also been just as great. Thank you Dr. Blank & staff!
