If they say they take your insurance, double check that. Now I have to choose between feeding my family for the month or paying to have a guy look in my mouth for 2 seconds. Love that. If you do have desposable income the doctor and staff were friendly but there's cheaper and just as qualified staff elsewhere.

The surgery itself went great, very fast and excellent work done, no complaints there. However I do not recommend coming to see Dr. Kim. His bedside manner was awful, he was very short, and rude. I came in for a post op check 5 days after the extractions, I was laughed at, ridiculed, and did not feel like I was respected as a patient. First of, when he asked my pain level and I said probably a 9/10, he called me a liar (I have never broken a bone, never had a car accident, given birth, etc) so the pain I was feeling from my wisdom teeth was in fact some of the most excruciating pain I'd ever felt, personally. He told me he's "not surprised I feel this bad considering woman like me tend to be very sensitive". I continued to express my pain and ask for pain medication and after arguing back and forth he finally agreed and said in a very sarcastic tone "try not to get addicted". I asked him if all of my symptoms (ear pain, sinus pressure, headaches, muscle spasms, increasing pain) we're all normal or if I had a dry socket. He then laughed again and told me "well you just had surgery obviously youre going to be in pain what do you expect?" And left the room. And just for the record, I have only ever been prescribed narcotics twice before in my life so this is not a complaint from someone seeking pills. I was genuinely in a lot of pain, and received no help from Dr. Kim. His nurse were amazing and it's unfortunate their great care is outshined by the rudeness of the surgeon. I was able to get in to see another oral surgeon as my pain continuously got worse, and it was determined that I have an infection (with oozing pus) at my extraction sites, where I was then given appropriate care instructions along with medication. I have heard from a couple friends of mine that they have had similar experiences with him as well.

Dr. Kim and Staff are so amazing, no hassle super easy. I highly recommend this place. I had my implant done here and I didn't even feel any kind of pain the other day. The staff is super sweet and very efficient.

My girlfriend just got out of being admitted to the hospital for two days with a bad case of sepsis, she could have died. She got four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Kim a week prior. When we called Dr Kim, he had the nerve to tell us she must have gotten sepsis from something else, and "it was not possible." As if people just get sepsis walking around town. He left some root tips inside her mouth so maybe that had something to do with it, not sure, but be careful going here.

I am on my second implant and things could not have been smoother. Very professional treatment. Wonderful staff ..... You will love these folks.

This is by far the best experience I've ever had with dental surgery. Professional office staff Dr. Kim does amazing work I can barely tell I had implant surgery yesterday. I had the general anesthesia didn't even feel him put the needle in my arm, I had no pain yesterday all I took was Tylenol and ibuprofen and I don't even need that today. Excellent work and staff! I would recommend to anyone!

Wonderful staff, got in quickly, fit me in when I had a problem just to make sure everything was ok, fixed it right then and there instead of making me schedule another appointment, doctor was nice, and I would recommend them! I've been to 4 oral surgeons in Skagit and I won't be going back to the others!

Had 3 wisdom teeth removed, he is fast effective and knows what he is doing. Would highly reccomend

Dr. Kim was very helpful and informative with a mutual dental patient that needed coordinated treatment. His responsive communication with our office was also very much appreciated. The patient appreciated Dr. Kim's competent care.
