Debbie has worked with Spring Lake Dental Care for 27 years and her wonderful patients and co-workers make going to work each day a joy. She is proud to work in an office that offers experienced dental care, state-of-the-art technology, as well as a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Ginger trained at Stuarts Secretary School in Asbury Park, NJ and has worked for 40 years in the dental field. For the past 27 years, she has enjoyed being a part of the collaborative environment at Spring Lake Dental Care. Her favorite aspect of her job is the kindness expressed amongst co-workers and their patients.

Corie attended Johnson and Wales University in Providence Rhode Island where she studied business administration. She has been in the dental field for 16 years and enjoys the interactions with the patients as well as the ability to help them achieve a healthy, beautiful smile. Her favorite aspect of Spring Lake Dental Care is the compassionate and kind spirit of the doctors and wonderful staff! Corie is a lifelong resident of the Jersey shore and in her free time loves going to the beach with her husband, son and their dog Joba.

With 31 years of experience working in the dental field, Lisas mission has remained simple: to treat each and every patient the way she would like to be treated. She earned her Associates Degree in Applied Science and Dental Hygiene at Union County College in Scotch Plains, NJ and loves to help her patients educate themselves on good oral hygiene practices. Lisa loves the familial yet professional work environment at Spring Lake Dental Care, and spends her free time enjoying her amazing friends and family.

Nicole is a graduate of Wallace State Community College of Hanceville, AL. With 15 years of dental hygiene experience, she is gentle yet thorough and strives to make sure patients are comfortable and relaxed in the dental chair. When Nicole is not working, she enjoys sports, running and spending time with her husband and 2 daughters.

Patty received her dental x-ray license in 1989, CDA license in 1990, and RDA license 1991 at Middlesex County College. She has worked at Spring Lake Dental Care for 14 years and loves to see the amazing cosmetic dentistry transformations Dr. Ciampis patients experience. Her patient care philosophy is to take the necessary time to explain each procedure, ease any apprehensions a patient may be feeling, and seeing the beautiful smiles of patients when they leave. She enjoys spending time with her husband, their four children, and their golden retriever.

Kelly attended Mccarrie Schools of Health and Science Technology and Dental Assistant Services to obtain her CDA, RDA and X-RAY license. Kelly has worked in and around the Philadelphia area before moving to the Jersey Shore where she worked at Spring Lake Dental Care for 5 years. After leaving to raise her family she is excited to be back to work with her amazing team! When Kellys not at work she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dogs as well as hiking, paddle boarding, skiing and attending country music concerts.

Erin received her license in 2017 at Advantage Career Institute. She is passionate, hard-working and loves the welcoming feeling the office gives. Outside of work, Erin enjoys the outdoors, getting loved in a book, and cherishing her son.

A native of South Orange, New Jersey, Dr. Peter Ciampi graduated with a bachelors degree from Franklin & Marshall College before furthering his education at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. He then continued his dental education by completing a general practice residency at the Naval Hospital in Bethesda, Maryland.

Dr. Ciampi was stationed at the U.S. Naval Academy, as well as the aircraft carrier USS Kitty Hawk, while he served with the United States Navy Dental Corps. He later went on to complete post-graduate training in cosmetic dentistry at the University of California, Los Angeles Center for Esthetic Dentistry.

He has also taken continuing education courses at the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Studies in St. Petersburg, Florida and the Pankey Institute in Miami, Florida, focusing on advanced occlusion and prosthetic dentistry. His commitment to continuing education has enabled him to stay abreast of the newest developments in dentistry, thus providing the finest care to his patients.

Dr. Ciampi has achieved mastership status, the highest honor in the Academy of General Dentistry, following completion of over 1100 hours of continuing education. Dr. Ciampi has additionally achieved fellowship level in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

Dr. Andrew Morris is a lifelong resident of the Jersey Shore born and raised in Fair Haven, New Jersey. He attended Virginia Tech and then went on to earn his dental degree at NYU College of Dentistry.

After graduation, Dr. Morris completed his General Practice Residency at Monmouth Medical Center Hospital in Long Branch, New Jersey, where he continued his education in Comprehensive Care and Treatment Planning, as well as a focus in Pediatric and Special Patient Care.

Dr. Morris believes in a conservative approach todental carewhile always prioritizing patient needs. His treatment style is centered on patient education and relationship-building to create a comfortable clinical environment.

Dr. Rossana F. Ciampi is a co-founding partner ofSpring Lake Dental Carewho has consistently provided an exceptional level of dental care since its inception in October of 1990. Originally from Baltimore, MD, she obtained her Bachelors Degree in Nursing from the University of Maryland and her Degree in Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry.

Prior to her dental career, Dr. Rossana worked as a Critical Care Unit and Intensive Care Unit Nurse at Johns Hopkins University Hospital and Georgetown University Hospital. She also completed a General Practice Residency in Dentistry at the Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch, NJ.

She has attained Fellowship status in the Academy of General Dentistry and remains a current member today. She is also an active member in the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Dental Association, and the Monmouth-Ocean County Dental Society.

Dr. Rossana focuses her dental practice at Spring Lake Dental Care on Preventive andPeriodontal (Gum) treatmentfor our patients. Her gentle, empathic, and pleasant, nurse-like demeanor often receives praise from our patients.
