Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. Another Joke of a dental practice through DeltaCare. Rude front desk, Rescheduling appoints and not being honest as to why. Dentists come and go. Find somewhere else and If you can afford to pay out of pocket for an in house dental plan from a reputable Dentist than its worth it to avoid the frustration.

Petaluma Modern Dentistry, I wrote you a negative review over 6mo ago and just realized I was wrong. 5/5 stars for flawless cleaning and understanding/flexible office staff I just found out from one of my parents that my dental insurance added a co-pay last year without my knowledge. I sincerely apologize for disputing the unexpected co-pay and for writing a bad review about your business without checking with the primary insurance holders first.

I had informed the dentist that I could not afford the root planing that she recommended at the time but I could afford to fix my cavity before it got any worse and before I lose the tooth.. I was told they would not fix the cavity until I got the more expensive root planning procedure when I could afford it in 6 months...I'm off to find another dentist to fix the cavity BEFORE I lose the tooth...

The dentist and staff are great. My only problem is the customer service and attitude at the front desk. Very aggressive in tone, and disrespectful. Not once but 3 times now. Not sure I'll be returning or not. It's always reception at dentist offices too for some reason. I hope they remember that clients don't need to go there because of insurance. They act as if we do.

Worst dental experience I've ever had. Do not go here for any surgery you need. They hopped me up on so much anesthesia that I was hallucinating and I still wasn't asleep the whole time with all that anesthesia. They were very rude to me during the surgery when I was waking up and before when I was very nervous and crying.

Very affordable price with my insurance. I thought it was gonna be super expensive since it's a relatively rich neighborhood, but it was actually not expensive at all. Nice and professional people. Office is clean, I got filling done by Dr Duhn. He was nice, professional, and did a great job. 10/10

My appointment for next week was cancelled and rebooked for September! They said they tried to call me (they didn't) and leave a message but my mailbox was full (not true). This is really not a very helpful way to treat a patient new to the area. There are so many other options. I will be going elsewhere.

Had a cleaning appointment for months. Came back from vacation a few days early for appointment. Received a phone message on Tues. saying my appointment for Friday was canceled due to a lack of hygienist. Welcome to Corpoate dentistry. I have a new dentist now. Don't waste your time.

MANY issues with this dentist. 1. I had cleaning appointment scheduled for 5 months. They call me a week before and said dentist is not available . Another new appointment is not available for another 6 months! 2. I have gone to this dentist for over 6 years (because its the only one on my Costco plan) and he has never taken the time to get to know me -- still does not know me after all these years. 3. my son went here and they didn't treat an issue with a tooth that had to be extracted a year later. 4. you go in for a cleaning and they try an upsell you with all these other procedures. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE. They don't care about their patients and do poor work. I'm finding new insurance because of them.
