my experience of that was extremely positive. I live in San Francisco however my incredible periodontist offered to see me a Petaluma. The staff were incredibly friendly. The clinic itself is amazing with lots of resources and services that they offer. It was clean, the atmosphere was warm and they greeted me like family. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who requires dental and/or periodontal services. They have a host of other services that are also included. An experience I will always remember and if I lived in Petaluma that would be my go to place. Their mission is global with a devoted team who help those less fortunate in different areas of the world. Truly a class act with a touching, humanitarian cause. I went in for a crown, and the whole ordeal was easy on me. I like the new mouthpiece they use to help keep your mouth opened wide enough for them to work in your mouth. The Dentist (Dr. Z.) They all were so professional and kind, the shot she gives was easy and didn't hurt. I walked out with my new bright crown made in the office. No pain after the Novacaine had worn off. Thank you to all the Staff that helped me to keep my smile.

I have been going to this place for over 7 years. My experience has been nothing but negative. Dr. Mangrum is extremely rude and does a poor dental job, especially for the amount of money we pay. Many errors have been made and there seems to be no accountability for any of it. I do not recommend Dr. Mangrum she has no passion or patience for the work she does, she is all about the money.

Patients have to wait after a cleaning to book a dental appointment. You can sit & wait for 15 mins or longer. Not very effective or customer friendly.

The hygienist was amazing I had Katie she was so sweet and efficient. My appointment was at 9:30 but I didn't get in until 9:40 which isn't too late but later then it was supposed to be. The doctor came quickly when she was called.

Wendy is an excellent, knowledgeable & kind hygienist. She has been cleaning my teeth for years. I'm so grateful for the extra time she has taken to teach me how to best care for my teeth and how that effects the rest of my health.
