Parents beware of this dental office. My son had a botched root canal which led to a botched extraction. On top of that they don't answer their phones so it's very hard to ever get in touch with this office. My son went weeks with an infected root canal because they wouldn't answer nor return my calls. And when I finally went in person the front desk receptionist stated she was the only one in the office so I will experience no answers or calls, if that happens to drive down to the office. How unprofessional is that. That should've been my sign but my son needed his extraction for the botched root canal they performed. Yesterday October 27th 2022 he received his extraction in which the dentist said " the tooth isn't infected " but we're pulling it anyways to create space so the other tooth in the back can grow. Mind you, he needed Climdamycin that they prescribed a week before pulling the infected tooth. After the procedure which lasted a good few seconds she didn't recheck the site to make sure the work she did was finished entirely and everything was fine. She moved on to the next patient; thank God my mother was in the room and witnessed this as well. She didn't explain aftercare didn't check him just left. I had to ask all the questions. An hour goes by my son said the numbing started to wear off but felt something really weird and tried to move what he felt was weird with his tongue and noticed he couldn't. The dentist left a piece of tooth in his mouth. Thankfully I have videos and photos of that as well. I called the office explaining this and the receptionist says " no, it's not a piece of tooth left it's the new one growing in ". Excuse me, what? Why wouldn't you even ask us to come in to make sure? I had to ask her if I can drive back down so the dentist can look because the piece of tooth was hanging. Now, on top of the botched work done I'm also running late for work. I get there and the receptionist stated I cannot be seen yet because the dentist is by herself. I thought emergency patients are treated as top priority? At this point I am furious. My son is upset he's back there and also traumatized. She looks in his mouth sees the tooth, cleans and sucks it out, but tells me she saw nothing after cleaning it and removing it. Again, thankfully I have photos and videos. Which she asked to see and saw some photos but insisted it was cement in his mouth from his root canal and not the tooth. The piece of tooth that was left behind was not the root canal site. Look for a dentist who cares and works professionally and responsibly. Not one who will traumatize these poor children.

Amazing! I drove 40 mins to come here and it was well worth it! Weird office location and awful parking but the customer service and pleasantness of the staff and Dr make up for it ! They are amazing and so so caring. Definitely recommend!

This office is amazing! The office is very clean and neat. The staff is so sweet. My daughter has autism and needed a lot of work done. They took such great care of her so kind and gentle. They cared for her in such a great way.

I would like to share all my past experiences with the world lol!!!! First off, if I could give 10 stars I would. Next I want everyone to know, or anyone looking for a pediatric dentist to look no further. This is your dentist to check out. They are super friendly. Warming. Caring. Knowledgeable. The girls make you feel as a parent that it's going to be ok, and they treat the children as if they were there own. It's a fun environment for the kids before they begin. They have tv screens for the kids on the ceiling to watch as they are getting there work done. It's decorated beautifully and top top top notch clean in there. It is the most cleanest dentist or any office of any kind that I've taken my children to. Dr. R.Patil made me aware of what my kids needed done, she handles kids with such patients, ((((unlike other dentists I've seen previously.)))) And then also informs what we need to do after when their done. I never wait long either. Which is a plus!!! But all in all I Just wanted to let everyone out there who is searching for a dentist to know how awesome they all are. Everyone there gets 10 stars!!!!!!!!!!

I been coming here for multiple times and there's not one visit where i haven't felt welcomed. Has amazing service and as someone whose first language is Spanish there's great services when it comes to translation. Overall great atmosphere and amazing people

Great office and staff! Very friendly and they are so good with both my girls! My youngest is 3 and she started coming at age 1 they knew how to make her comfortable! My kids never make an issue out of coming to the dentist ! That for me is a plus because dentist usually are the hardest places to take kids!! Great work to the whole office!

Excellent service! My daughters both toddlers both get treated here and they LOVE IT! My daughter needed some producers done and they were amazing! They held her hand massaged her face, and sang to her so that they can distracted her from the sounds just overall amazing! Unlike other pediatric places where if child is scared they strap them up

I was given a 9:30 appointment and wasn't seen until after 12. I spoke with a manager at 10:15 and was told I could either wait to be seen or go somewhere else. Having a new dentist work on something a different one did was not an option I felt comfortable with. I was told multiple emergency cases came in and was a priority over a scheduled appointment. My daughter was finally seen by the Dr. after 12:45, the manager came to the treatment room to apologize for the delay and repeated that I could have left or rescheduled if I didn't want to wait. I told him I was finally in the room and would be seeing the Dr. today but wont be coming back, in which he harshly replied it was my choice and I could leave now if I wanted to. I asked him to please leave the room as I waited for the Dr. because he was speaking in a condescending tone and I felt uncomfortable, regardless of my response he kept swaying the conversation into an argument when there didn't need to be one. I was going to give this office another try after speaking with the Dr. However, one of the front desk staff members didn't like me asking how long the wait was 3 times so she lied, stating I was cursing and complained to the manager whom decided to further provoke an argument in how I should speak to his staff. I asked for medical release forms to have my daughter discharged as a patient from this establishment. The manager started pacing back and forth, yelling at me, he was extremely hostile. I asked him numerous times to please not speak to me in this way and I was waiting for medical records to be given to me so I wouldn't have to come back and he continued to push his complaint. Lots of comments have been made on wait time for this office and some have mentioned the unprofessional mannerism witnessed by the staff I've have never been treated in such a way, it's disgraceful. The staff here is by far the most unprofessional I've ever seen sabotaging the review of a wonderful office and great dentist.

Today was my first time attending this practice and I'm absolutely thrilled that I did. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and understanding. Not to mention that they also speak Spanish which was extremely helpful and important, as it helped my mom understand and communicate with the staff. I'm extremely grateful that I found this place. Highly recommended!!!
