Dr. Steiner was born and raised in Geneva, Switzerland and immigrated to the United States with his family in 1981. They settled in La Jolla, California where he attended middle school and high school. He then attended the University of San Diego, and graduated with a B.A. in Biology. He attended and received his dental degree from Loma Linda University in 1999. After graduation, he spent one year at the University of Geneva in Switzerland broadening his knowledge of modern dental treatment materials and techniques. In addition to keeping abreast with clinical dental treatment techniques, Dr. Steiner also maintains ongoing professional development in the field of dental laboratory ceramic techniques for manufacturing of cosmetic crowns, veneers, bridges, and implant restorations. Dr. Steiner is a member of: the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the San Diego County Dental Society. He is fluent in both French and English. He enjoys spending time with family, cardiovascular exercise, woodworking, and preparing healthy meals.

Dr. Steiner Is the best and outstanding dentist I have ever met! I had a constant problem with one tooth due to the previous dentist's wrong procedure. I had to keep switching dentists until I find one who can really fix it. That's Dr. Steiner! He is very thorough, skilled, honest, and professional dentist I have ever met in my life. He thoroughly examined my teeth and did all the procedures. He did an excellent job. I no longer have to deal with the problem anymore. Also, the office staff is very knowledgeable and professional when she deals with the insurance. Best dentist and best office staff!! I am so lucky that I met Dr. Steiner!

With my navy upbringing, I was brutalized by the dentists. My sister found Dr. Steiner and brought me into the fold. Our family has the unpleasant ability to be uneffected by novocaine. Hence, we have very bad teeth. Dr. Steiner is sensitive to my individual situation. He has successfully helped me save what I do have. Anyone fortunate enough to be a patient of Dr. Steiner, will be well taken care of in a very professional, caring way.

Love coming here every three months to get my teeth cleaned. Between all the coffee I drink and black licorice I eat, it really helps to keep my teeth clean. The staff here is very professional and courteous and they explain and advise you on all matters with your teeth and gums.
