Hi, I am Dr. James Lee, your dentist. You may be surprised to learn that I have been a career patient in the dental chair, having struggled with cavities, root canals, lost teeth, and crooked teeth. Having walked the walk, I enjoy providing helpful solutions for my clientele. While at Loma Linda School of Dentistry, I developed a passion for preventative dentistry under the renowned cariologist Dr. Brian P. Novy. Currently, I am an avid student of digital dentistry which I believe will make dentistry more enjoyable and affordable for all. I am a proud member of prestigious dental organizations such as the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, San Fernando Dental Society, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and Academy of General Dentistry. At home, I stay busy raising my energetic toddler boy, Gian with my wife, Young Ju.
Hi I am Debbiee, your hygienist. It has been my pleasure taking care of our patients for over 30 years as a Registered Dental Hygienist. I have developed amazing relationships with many of you and appreciate each patient's loyalty to our practice. As a team, we take care of each person individually to assist you in feeling comfortable and confident as you receive your dental cleaning. My family loves the outdoors!. We have enjoyed many wonderful memories of camping, going to the beach and yes, dirt back riding together. We look forward to our future keeping life simple and enjoyable.
Hi, I am Karen, your dental assistant in Dr. Lees office. Having graduated from Simi Valley Career Institute for dental assisting in 1973, I got married and started a family with a daughter and son. Recently, a grandson joined my family, and they are the loves of my life. I have enjoyed an extensive career in the dental field spanning 40 years. During this time, I have seen many changes and advancements which has continued to spark my excitement for the field. I have worked 24 years for Dr. Hoefke until Dr. Lee recently took over the office who continues to challenge us with new horizons in digital dentistry. My favorite aspect of work is interacting with people. I am a people person and have truly enjoyed developing long term relationships with our patients who are like family now.
Hi I am Rosa (better known as Delmy) your dental assistant at Dr. Lees office. I am originally from a small island off the coast of El Salvador. I always loved helping people and with that passion I went to school to become a Registered Dental Assistant in 1998. I joined Dr. Hoefkes office in 2009 until Dr. Lee took over the office in 2019. It is a wonderful feeling being able to help our patients with their dental needs and being able to grow in dental knowledge. When I see patients, I put myself in their position and try to provide good advice I gained over the many years in the dental field. I am happy to be part of a team that strives to provide the best dental care. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and have a teenage daughter Daniela. We just added a new member to our family, Princess, our mixed Chihuahua.
Hi, I am Lissien, your office manager at Personalee Dental. I have been with Dr. Lee since 2021, bringing over 7 years of dental experience with me. I Graduated from Charter College for the dental assisting program back in 2013. As the years went, my role in the dental field expanded to the manager position. I came into the dental field because growing up as a child, I did not have the best teeth and never wanted to smile because I was ashamed of how my teeth looked. With restorative dental work and ortho treatment, I was finally able to achieve the smile I always dreamed about. It has boosted my confidence and I smile more than I ever have before. Having this personal experience, I want all our patients to feel the same about their smile, and when they walk out of our office, to know that I was part of their dental journey to a healthy, beautiful smile. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, and I am a mom to a beautiful son. In my spare time, I enjoy being a mom, madidate, read, and being adventurous.

Dr Lee and staff are absolutely the best. Grateful he is the one who took over from my previous dental pro -who retired. Everyone here has always taken great care of my wife and I. I have been undergoing an extensive mouth renovation and have come to know this office quite well over this last year or more. If you're looking, come here and be happy - they know what they are doing and set a very pleasurable ambience as well. They are dedicated to delivering their best care

This is the nicest office ever! They make us feel so welcome and have the warmest and most helpful staff. My teenage son had the ZOOM whitening procedure and the technician Delmy was so gentle and sweet. Such a positive experience!! We will be back and highly recommending Dr. Lee's office.

My son & I first came to Dr. Lee a couple of months ago for some seriously delayed maintenance. My son had serious dental anxiety due to a bad experience at a different dental office prior to coming to Personalee Dental. After a few visits, he's now able to walk in, sit down & get the work done anxiety free. Recently Dr. Lee did 2 implants for myself. All is good. Happy to find this place. The staff was soooo friendly kind and nice! Out of all dental practices I have ever been to 20/10 would easily recommend to anyone! I was in for a cleaning and my hygienist was named Debby, she was the sweetest lady and made the whole session go by so quick! Dr. Lee came in and introduced himself and he's such a wonderful man! I've been to many practices and I can say for sure this is my top favorite!

This was my first visit with Dr. Lee; they fit me in after a filling fell out. I have to say, I hate getting shots and this was the first time I didn't get jittery after the numbing meds and by the time I left my mouth wasn't even numb. Very good experience.

Their team of assistants are very knowledgeable and they have the softest touch as well as the dentist's.
