Laura is the Business Manager and she has been guiding the ship and taking care of the Staff, the practice, and the Doctor for 30 years. She graduated from the University of Maryland with an Information Systems Management degree and is currently working as a Database Analyst for Forsyth County NC in addition to managing Personal Touch Dentistry. After raising three children together I am lucky to have Laura to provide the support and expertise to allow me to focus on patient care and excellent clinical dentistry.
Karis Dunn joined our team in 2019 to become our Patient care coordinator and insurance specialist. Her mission is to integrate clinical care and manage service-related elements of care. This includes benefit calculations as well as detailed coordination and timing of treatment. She keeps the trains running on time as they say. She enjoys both caring for her patient family as well as her actual family husband Leigh and three children Blake, Savannah, and Dalton.
Stephanie Everhart is a Certified Dental Assistant native to NC with 35 years of perspective and experience in general dentistry and endodontics. She is entering her fifth year with our practice. Stephanie enjoys solo private practice where she can provide a personal touch experience for her patients. She is an officer in the Winston-Salem Dental Assistants Society. She enjoys professional interaction with her colleagues. Stephanie also gives the same loving care to her Husband Garry and daughter Melanie along with her two four-legged family members Dunkin and Nugget.
Tracey graduated from Guilford Tech in 2006 and joined our team in 2014 as a Dental Assistant II. She is our Patient Care Coordinator and is tasked with keeping our Staff and Patients safe, comfortable, and informed. She is multi-talented and strives to take amazing care of her patients. Tracey loves the outdoors and devotes her time to her current Doberman Quinn and she is pictured with her precious pup Iggy.

Cleaning by dental hygienist was excellent (she has since left the practice). The dentist however obviously gouges patients for money. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. Expect the inability to pay online and expect him to not honor his word.

My opinion after two years of many visits at this dentist is that Dr. Logan and his clinical staff are very thorough. I trust the process/philosophy of the office which requires patients to complete maintenance and what is most urgently needed for one's dental health. Though at first I questioned the process, and "just wanted my teeth cleaned", it became clear that for my particular case it was important to go step-by-step and follow the doctor's advice. Honest, reliable, and like everything - not perfect, but doing a great job.

Best dentist I've ever been to by far! They have earned their name personal touch with care and consideration on every phase of your visit. They have a very nice office with a TV for each dental chair, short wait times, great customer service, cutting edge technology, and loads of compassion/professionalism. Every cent spent here is well worth it so why go anywhere else?

So thankful to have a dentist I can count on in times of emergency. I had an accident and could talk with Doctor Logan when the office wasn't open. I got reassurance and an appointment the next business day. It's good to have someone there when you need them.

Great staff...all very personable...and knowledgeable...Dr Logan is first class...great "bedside manners". He explains everything in terms you can understand. He develops a "game plan" for the services that you need so you can make plans financially. Have recommended him to all of my friends and clients.

I saw Dr. Logan for the first time last year and have had several follow up appts. I recommend him anytime and as often as I can. I can not sing his praises enough. His staff is phenominal!! He is available all the time if you have an emergency. His chairside manner is tops! I've felt extremely comfortable and relaxed everytime I see him! I'm having extensive work done that I've put off for years because of fear. Not anymore!! Hands down, the absolute best there is!!

I had some cavities filled after using a groupon for a cleaning. I was assured my insurance would cover it 100%, a month later get a letter stating I owe Logan over $400. I paid it but I don't recommend anyone to go here.

Extremely friendly staff. Dr is very nice. No pain felt at all. Best dentist I've ever had. Would recommend to all needing a dentist.

extremely rude staff with absolutely no compassion at all. Tooth extraction for ONE tooth costs over $380 here - national average is only 150 - 250 - corrupt and over priced located in upper class area. they suck uninsured people in with their teeth cleaning coupon on groupon and then give them unnecessary treatment plans on top of work you may already need and then charge above average. the women who works the front desk is absolutely the most rudest and terrible person to deal with ever, she should be fired immediately. fortunately i have someone who is willing to cover the cost, but after talking on the phone with her i refuse to give them anymore of my business. i dont care if i have to pay even more. overpriced dental work on top of a rude staff is a no go for me. if you have insurance im sure you have a different experience but if you are uninsured like me save your time and embarrassment and go somewhere else, somewhere with a staff that actual cares and wants to help people. not a place that is in it just for the money. which was extremely obvious here. never in my life have i ever felt this way from a medical center.

My wife and I have seen Dr. Logan a few times now for various dental concerns and we are always impressed with the care he and his hygienists provide, as well as the ease of working with the rest of his staff with billing and schedule appointments. He offers reasonable treatment plans, quickly follows up on any issues that arise, and his procedural skills are top notch. Highly recommended.

I've had nothing but good experiences with this office. I'm sure the people who had bad experiences are speaking their truth, but my truth is that I'm very satisfied with Dr. Logan and his team of dental hygienists. They're friendly and accommodating. My only real complaint is that the waiting room has had Fox News on the TV in the waiting room most of my visits. I think that as a business, they should just choose a more neutral channel. There's nothing wrong with Nickelodeon.
