Watch out for their billing practices! They burned me by not submitting a preauthorization of services to the insurance company like every other provider I've ever used. After I got a surprise large bill, they had a lame excuse about normally their services are emergencies (which this wasn't). DO NOT RECOMMEND

Dr Dietz provided the best dental experience I've ever had. He was fast; efficient, and down to business; but kind and calming. My root canal procedure was miraculous. No more pain! Thank you!!!

AMAZING!!! I was in severe pain and they were able to get me in same day! Office staff is super friendly, Dr. Dietz is so sweet he answered all of my questions and made me feel super comfortable. This office takes customer service and care to the next level, they called me the evening of my procedure just to check in and see if I was doing well. Top notch experience. Highly recommend Dr. Dietz and Personal Endodontics.

Highly recommend Dr. Dietz for root canals. I've had three root canals at three different dentists and Dr. Dietz did a superior job, especially in regards to pain afterwards. Typically the operation is pretty painless since your numbed up, but the following days are brutal. However, after the root canal I received from Dr. Dietz I had very little pain. In fact when Dr. Dietz followed up the following day I said, "I'm shocked, I feel great, I was expecting my mouth to be sore for at least a couple of days".

I strongly recommend Dr. Dietz. No more aggravating and painful toothache due to the root canal done by him. I felt comfortable during the entire procedure. Dr. Dietz called me later in the day to check on me which I appreciated. I had the root canal done yesterday and I feel fantastic today.

The office was able to get me in quick on short notice. The office was nice and clean and everyone I encountered was very friendly and professional. Hardly zero wait time, I was in and out of the office for my root canal in less than an hour. Zero pain, other than first initial pokes of the numbing injections. I would highly recommend.

Worked me in right away for a needed root canal. Friendly office staff and Dr. Dietz kind & compassionate w/ a follow-up call the night of procedure along w/ his personal cell phone # if needed. Thank you

Great experience. Great Dr. Really nice and easy to talk to. Gives his personal cell number in case you have any problems, and called that evening to see how I was doing after the procedure. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a root canal. Nice office staff too!

Dr. Dietz fixed my very painful root canal. He was professional and courtesy. He shows you XRays of your teeth to explain things which I appreciate. The office had a clean and efficient system during COVID. I have had many issues with previous dental work so I really appreciate that he got me out of pain with no complications. Thank you!!

I have not been too thrilled with my experience here. I am in severe, constant pain with the tooth I had treated here, and I have had very little post-procedure care and concern. I am in so much pain and they are not managing it. They really do not follow up, which is the least they could do. It has been a very stressful process.

I had to have a very old root canal re-done due to infection. I was terrified from past experiences with other dentists/professionals. Dr. Dietz and his staff were wonderful! Explained everything and there was no concern of not being frozen enough. I had the temporary work done, then several weeks later the permanent fillings. I highly recommend them for this type of work and for your comfort!
