Dr. Jazayeri has lived in the greater Fort Walton Beach area for over 20 years now. He is originally from central Illinois and appreciates the warm weather here greatly. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife, Solange and daughtersIsadora and Aleyna. In addition, he enjoys water in the summer including fishing, boating, wake boarding and hanging out at the beach. He enjoys running, biking and swimming. He is passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle to all those around him.

I have been with him since he took over for the previous dentist . He is awesome ! The hygienist and office staff are so friendly and easy going . I love that place. Highly recommend!! Now that I wrote a wonderful review for my wonderful dentist office . So many people must have signed up with him ...... I am now on waiting list for my regular cleaning lol that's great I guess !! Lord blessed !

At this point, I can only review my initial visit of x-rays, cleaning & consultation. The girls out front are so very friendly & make you feel truly welcome! The hygienist was very gentle & efficient while doing my x-rays. She was able to reassure me & make me feel very comfortable & very glad that I chose this office! She cleaned my teeth with absolutely no pain & well, i just really liked her. Dr. Nick was very gentle & thorough when he examined my teeth. He took his time & answered all of my questions & told me my options without making me feel that he was in a big hurry to get to the next patient. He is my 15 yr old daughters dentist also & she really likes him. She's been going to him for over a year & really likes him. She has had fillings in a couple of her teeth & says he hasn't hurt her at all! Give this office a try, you won't regret it!

Been to many dentists in my lifetime and I have to admit I don't look forward to going, with that said I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. J and his staff. I believe that the cleaning I received was the most thorough that I have ever experienced.

Never again. I took my son based on the reviews to get him looked at for a cap that had come off a tooth. They insisted on a cleaning, well okay sure. Worst mistake that I will never make again. My son who's 9 left feeling like he had done something wrong because they he was referred out to someone else. Not once did anyone come out to tell there were any issues going on during the exam or cleaning. This appointment was in October of 2020, in April of 2021 they call me saying my insurance never paid them for anything. Mmm... no i called our insurance when the doctors office finally made me aware. Our insurance never received any invoice for them to pay them for any services. So how would they know to? Overall.. big mess. Lesson learned, we ended up paying the balance today. Now I'm gonna pretend like I never made the mistake of going there and hope they forget we exist as well.
