This is a really great dentistry establishment! After experiencing a couple of horrible practices in the Panama City area, I am so thankful I found this one. The dental hygienist, Yvonne, was Amazing, Gentle, and Thorough! The hygienist assistant, Julie, was Amazing! I really liked Dr. Will because he took the time to provide education, provide reassurance, and seemed thorough in his examination, dental history overview, and viewing my X-rays. This is a family practice in the Panama City area that I highly recommend!

This is one of those gifts that just keeps on giving. This office was recommended to me by a friend and at the time I didn't realize what a favor was given to me. The doctors and the staff are all excellent. The atmosphere is very professional, and the most efficiently run dental provider I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Personal Attention Dental Center's staff are all "rockstars" in my book! Give them a try and you'll be coming back again and again and again...!

Great dentists and great care. The reason for only 3 stars is two bad experiences. 1st I had them pr-approve my bridge. After it was completed my insurance wouldn't pay. The insurance said it WASN'T pre-approved and that they don't cover this type of bridge regardless. I cost me two thousand dollars. I didn't go to them for several years and decided to give them a 2nd chance because my wife and children go there. I had a different bridge damaged with an exposed tooth that was hurting. They gave me an plan and I decided I couldn't afford it so I called them for a price to crown the two teeth instead of a bridge. I got an e-mail that basically said if I wanted to change the plan that I would have to make another appointment. So I called them and the earliest they could get me in to change the plan would be in 2 weeks. Just to get a price. I said my tooth was killing me and they already had x-rays but it didn't matter. That would be nearly 3 weeks since my 1st visit with a tooth hurting. So, I called another dentist and within 3 days I had a temporary bridge and out of pain.

Everyone at Personal Attention Dental Center was so polite the best dentist I've ever seen happy cheerful kept me smiling I'm always gonna go this dental center and I'm referring all my Colleagues friends family great dental treatment here my teeth are so clean and pretty I'm all smiles

Dr. Windham's Personal Attention Dental Center is the most pleasant dental office and his employees are the best. I can always count on Dr. Windham & Dr. Will Windham to take very good care of me when I go there, best in Bay County. Best Dental Office around.

At Personal Attention Dental Center For My Frist Visit Everyone was Very Kind And Caring To Me, And That Means A Lot To Me. I Did Not Have To Wait Long In The Lobby To Be Seen It Was Like Immediately, I Recommend Personal Attention Dental Center To All That Are Looking For A Very Good Dental Care.

Dr Windham is awesome Dentist and sadly I got dropped as a patient. I missed a couple of appointments and I wasn't aware of their new policy. I have been a patient since I moved to Panama City in 2001. Sad to go , but it will be OK since I opted to get my teeth pulled and going with Dentures ! I am to tired and to old to get all this work done and end up with partials and still won't know how long my teeth will last . Since Chemo they are just disintegrating. I do recommend them if you like a friendly and professional environment

Was to have a cracked tooth pulled today. Had taken volume. Dentist was giving the shots to numb me. I make a sound because it hurt. Dentist gets mad says it didn't hurt that much. Says I'm not doing it and storms off. Leaving me in the chair all medicated and num. I've only had cavities and routine dental visits. The dentist showed no compassion or understanding just stormed off. Like a surgeon just walking out on a patient in the middle of surgery. I even pleaded for him to finish the job promising to do whatever I had to be totally quite and he wouldnt even come back to talk with me. Very unprofessional. Only go to him if you are prepared not to make a sound if something hurts.

Had a great Dentist back in Atlanta, but had trouble finding one since moved to Port St Joe. A co-worker recommended Personal Attention Dental Center and WOW, friendly and efficient staff on the front side and back sides! The staff is very friendly .they care about their patients they always made sure I felt comfortable and was not in any pain. I'm not scared of the dentist anymore
