The mission of Person Family Medical & Dental Center is to assure the availability and accessibility of superior quality primary health and dental care to the community and to facilitate timely access to secondary health care and support in accordance with the clients needs with special attention to under served populations.

Person Family Medical & Dental Center currently provides superior comprehensive primary care services from facilities constructed and equipped for effective delivery of coordinated health and dental services to the entire community and provides immediate access to secondary services according to the clients needs.

Payment is expected at time of service. We accept cash, check, visa, master, credit/debit cards and most major insurance plans, including but not limited to Medicaid/ NC Health Choice, self pay and Medicare.Although were not a free clinic we do offer sliding fee discounts to the uninsured and to patients who are having difficulty paying. We also have a 340B prescription program to assist with medications.

Literally the WORST PLACE TO GO!!! Especially for babies! They are extremely rude, VERY impatient with people with children. I was a new patient and they told me the WRONG time over the phone. I show up to my appointment 5 mins early, which I thought. She told me with the nastiest attitude that if I didn't finish my paperwork in the next 2 mins (which I did!) that I'd have to reschedule. While waiting there with my sick and crying baby, 20 MINUTES LATER she tells me, "yea, you're gonna have to reschedule." I had already been waiting 2 months for this appointment. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY LAZY VERY RUDE

This has too be the worst dentist ever ! Their hours vary constantly. I had a set appointment for two months for my daughter showed up and they were closed. No phone call letting me know they would be closed. I myself have had several experiences of coming in as a emergency walk in and had nothing done but an evaluation, then asked to schedule an appointment which would be months out. Then when I did schedule an appointment (2 month wait) they still did nothing for me. Now I have two broke teeth from just being "evaluated". They have no sense of importance.

Called the office concerning my mother spoke to a very rude Charge Nurse Roxboro is known for disrespecting those whom they are making millions from while providing a low level poor quality medical service.

So this will be a long one folks... So I called your office complaining of tooth pain. Your a dentists office after all. You said we have appointments but then you told me to come in at 7:30 Am or 1:30 pm for your drop in service. So I show up and I wait for two hours. But I'm cool with that. You're squeezing me in. You're gonna fix my tooth What's a little wait. To the eventual ability to eat solid food. So two hours pass. Tick tock. Finally, I make it back to the dental chair. Five minutes, a bib, an x ray, and a diagnosis of a cavity and then....NOTHING. Did y'all put in a filling? Drill out the cavity? Fix the issue? Nope. You couldn't do anything about the cavity for three months. MONTHS. I left with a paper copy of my x-ray and two referrals to two other dentists to get said cavity filled. You see why I'm not happy here. You had me come in. You told me to come in. I could have gone to a dentist in Durham on my own. I didn't need a referral. I needed dental care. And didn't receive it. So yeah one star. And thats being generous. Now I'm off to Durham tomorrow to spend another day at a dentist getting the tooth fixed yall couldn't be bothered with. Worst dental experience ever. I felt like I was not wanted, heard or helped.

Reception staff is the absolute worst. An automated system would have better bedside manner and be more effective. If you are thinking of visiting this facility for addiction recovery services, a street dealer would probably provide a higher level of customer service and compassion. This facility doesn't respect paying customers and doesn't care if they send patients into withdrawal. My advice would be to just quit all together before going there for help.

My husband is a patient there but I am writing as a witness to the monumental failure in patient care and bedside manner displayed by one of the receptionists at the Roxboro location. This being a mental health facility, the staff should understand tensions can run high, and handle things professionally but training is severely lacking as I saw firsthand. Instead of diffusing a situation this receptionist exacerbated things with her poor attitude and unnecessary remarks. Thankfully, I am not in need of their services but knowing what I do now, I would just assume withdraw in peace and privacy and not allow that facility to take a dime of my money. PFMC Behavioral Health could use a replacement in receptionists and apparently little to no experience is required in the related field.

Visited the medical center after a long time of being away from doctors office due to lack of insurance . When I say Mary Matthews took the time to listen to me and make me feel like a patient that she cared about and cared for ! It was a wonderful experience and for all my health needs this will be the place I go ! Excellent customer service !

I've called numerous times trying to figure out what days and times they take walk ins and tried every option on the directory and cannot get in touch with anyone. I even tried to call and talk to the caseworker county location and still nothing. Highly irritating. Does anyone know what days and times they accept walk ins? My bf was told he could walk in on Friday but the last time I got in contact with anyone they told me they don't do walk ins on fridays. Really frustrating when you're tryna get in touch with someone over an hour and keep getting a run along problem with no answers.

When I expressed frustration and was not feeling comfortable with the fact that they kept pushing me off to find more information - I was told "Well you have a nice day." and they hung up on me. As a disabled veteran that was sent this practice for care, I wouldn't choose this place at all. If this is how you are treated before they perform any services to you, I don't know how I would be treated while there. Maybe they don't want to take veterans insurance, or whatever, but I will NOT be choosing them for my care and will be advising the VA not to send people to this location if this is how they are going to treat people.

I was not able to get the lady's name that made my 2 yrs old son laugh and entertained but shes so nice and sweet! It's my son's first time to go to the dentist and she made it so easy for me. I hope all children's clinic have someone like her! Thank you so much!
