Prevention and Oral Health Maintenance At Perryville Family Dentistry, we believe preventative dental care and maintenance is vital to your dental health. Through regular scheduled exams we check the overall health of your teeth and gums, perform oral cancer screenings, and perform x-rays to detect problems before they worsen. Routine dental cleanings, sealants, and fluoride treatments help prevent cavities and dental disease. Dr. Hill is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2011. While in dental school, he also completed a Masters of Higher Education Management.
After dental school, Dr. Hill completed a four-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, California. Following his residency, Dr. Hill served as an oral surgeon for the Navy in Guam and San Diego. He has been a staff attending teaching residents for the past 6 years.
Dr. Hill moved back to Pennsylvania in 2019 after a total of eight years with the Navy to be near family. He maintains hospital, operating room, and trauma privileges at Lehigh Valley Health Network, and works out of several dental offices to provide full scope oral and maxillofacial surgery. Dr. Hill strives to provide compassionate, honest, quality care that is convenient for you.

If you are looking for a great family dentist... Look no further! Perryville Family Dentistry is the one! The front desk staff is friendly and professional. The dental hygienists and dentists put you at ease and treat you like you are part of their family. Judy and Dr. Willing are top rate! Love them!

I have been a patient of Perryville Family Dentistry for many, many years. At one point because of health insurance and Perryville being out of Network, I brought my family to another practice. Boy was that a mistake! They didn't even compare to the services received by Perryville. Needless to say, that way a one time visit for our family and I don't care how much it costs, I will pay out of network costs to continue receiving the quality of care I receive from the entire staff at Perryville. The office is spotless, the staff is super friendly (they always remember me!), the hygienists are spectacular and the doctors are truly talented. People always say 'I hate going to the dentist'. I always response with 'I love going to the dentist!'. Why wouldn't I, when Perryville always makes me feel so special?

Oh my goodness I cannot say enough fabulous things about this practice!!!!! I've been going to them for a long time!!! So family entered and they don't try and force me to get x-rays if I don't feel comfortable and they were still willing to clean my teeth and everything!!!!!!! Love them!!!

I mean it's the dentist so it's no spa, but they take really good care of you and listen to you and describe exactly what they are doing and answer all the questions you have. I and my family will continue to use them for as long as we need them lol

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Gardner of Perryville Family Dentistry. I have had dental problems my entire life, resulting in one oral surgery and two sets of caps complete with two bridges. As I got older my gums receded and I developed cavities under several of my caps. My first dentist retired so I went to dentist #2 who sent me to an oral surgeon to extract one severely decayed tooth. Then back to dentist #2 who was going to extract six more teeth. The morning of the surgery he came in with his finger bandaged and said he couldn't perform the surgery, then he retired. This was expensive and unnecessary. I told my story to a dear friend at church and she recommended Dr. Gardner. Dr. Gardner removed the caps and bridges with such precision and without pain. She then did temporary work and set up permanent work once I was healed. This took place over two years ago and I couldn't be happier. It doesn't look like I have false teeth and bridge work. I'm not sure how many dentists retired because of my complex problems but I do know that Dr. Gardner will be my forever dentist.

I cannot thank Dr. Townsend and the staff at Perryville Family Dentistry enough. I am glad I got a 2nd opinion and was able to get a filling instead of a crown, which I was told by a previous dentist. He did a great job, and the whole staff was very friendly and professional. This was my first visit, and my husband and I will happily be back for future appointments.
