This is the best dentist! I have been going here my entire life and I always love it. The staff is so nice and good. I am 15 and I just got my first cavity filled and it wasn't even uncomfortable . In fact it was fun. Irma is amazing! She gave me a soft clean blanket and let me watch the TV. They were so efficient and great. Please bring your kids to this dentist because it is the best.

Dr. Epps and Erma(I hope I'm spelling it correctly) where utterly amazing the entire time. They made my son so at ease he didn't even know he got two teeth pulled. Thank you all for all the great work you do. Keep it up!

What a great experience for my six year old! Dr. Epps and staff did an excellent job! They took their time and explained everything. You can trust them with your children.

Moved from another state, was recommended to this facility, Front desk was very polite on helping me schedule an first time appointment from my 2 kids, Staff was great had an great experience all dental assistants were very polite and professional, Met all 3 doctors and Dr. Epps was a very great person not just professionally but very helpful.

My children have been going here for at least 10 years... So we are here on 1/19/2022 and my three children appointment was scheduled for 800am and we were here at 755am. NO ONE is here. I understand some of the roads are still icey. However, someone from the staff should've called patients if they were gonna be late or closed. There are five cars outside waiting for someone to show and no one is here!!!!

This place USED to be decent, but it has gone down hill for sure. The worse place when it comes to waiting time. Don't come here if you are looking for a new dentist.

My two children have been their patients since birth, so it's been 4 years already, they are fine, they do the job well, I had times my kids were not doing well and they worked extra hard to try to help me and the kids, they have always been nice to all of us. My husband has taken them as well and he also liked it.

I like that at least 1 parent can come back with the child to be seen. I have taken my child to this place at least 4 times so far. However, my main concern is the long wait times. When I took my child for a teeth cleaning appointment about a month ago, the receptionist did not see my child down for an appointment and said there was going to be about a 45 min to a hour wait. So I rescheduled for my child's appointment for the Friday of the same week. So we show up before the place opened for the appointment, when they opened we were checked in and our temperture was checked, then we were told to have a seat. As my child and I were waiting to be called back, I counted at least 15 people who came in who were waiting to be served also. Some were told to wait in their car. And the receptionists did not inform us of what was going on or why the long wait time. Around this time my child had to use the restroom that is not available in this dentist office. It is outside of the dentist office around the corner and you need a code to get in the restroom. As I took my child to the restroom I saw the rest of the dentistry staff just sitting in another room laughing with each other as if they did not have 15 patients waiting for them. I did not say anything at the time because I had my child with me. To conclude, my child and I waited for about a hour until they called my child's name to be seen. I have cancelled my child's next 6 month appointment at Dentistry for Kids and have rescheduled the next 6 month appointment with a different dentistry. I hope this matter will be or has been addressed for the sake of the children who need proper care and assistance.

This is actually a good place I had an accident at school and they actually helped me out a lot by putting the tooth back in I'm a 14 year old ull adults are just composing too much a lot of the staff is caring towards me

My kids were traumatized by a rude and very insensitive dentist before being referred to De. Jefferies office. Every dentist, dental assistants and even the front desk staff have been nothing short of GREAT, and I'm a hard person to please. My two younger kids expressed to me "Mom that was quick and I was scared but it actually didn't hurt." I will definitely be making them our home dentist office. The look is over!

They put my daughter's spacers in wrong and probably pulled teeth that didn't need to be pulled. The new dentist has nothing but negative things to say about the previous work done on my daughter's teeth. Do your research, reviews are here for a reason.

During this time of Covid 19 I was already hesitant about bringing my kids to the dentist. So after putting it off for a couple months , I finally decided they could come. I gave my kids pep talks reassuring them things were gonna be safe and I took off work. Why did the receptionist call me 1 HOUR BEFORE the appointment to say she can't see my kids. I'm very dissatisfied and now my kids definitely don't wanna go! Smh..

They made my 5 and 6 year old boys very comfortable for some very uncomfortable situations. I am very pleased with this office.
