Edda has held a license in Cosmetology since 1982, and has been practicing permanent makeup for more than 13 years. She is a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetics Professionals (SPCP) and the American Academy of Micropigmentation (AAM). She takes pride in her profession and consistently continues her training and education in the field of permanent makeup.
Specific care has been provided for your safety and health in accordance with state regulations. Guidelines require businesses to be inspected on a regular basis. Hygienic procedures for infection control are maintained to insure minimal risk of transmission of infectious disease.
Edda is in compliance with the Department of Health and is certified yearly for CPR, First Aid and Blood Borne Pathogens to ensure the most sterile and sanitized environment for her clients comfort arid safety.
2011 - Certificate of completion in Advanced Micro-pigmentation from Boca Ta-2 School of Permanent Makeup. Training included Machine maintenance, Color Theory, Skin Needling, Skin analysis, Sterilization and Sanitation
2004 - Completed as intensive two day training program through Noveau Contour from Germany. The program leaders were three of the most acclaimed permanent makeup artist in the country. Debbie Diorio of Perfect Profiles; Rose Marie Beauchemin of the Beau Institute and Karen L. Hovey of the Huntington Academy, Orlando Florida.
2004 -Participated in two advanced training programs; one in the Theory and Application of Permanent makeup and corrective cosmetics, the other in advanced lip shading and corrective cosmetics. Micro-pigmentations Centre, with Pat Gouthier in Canada
2000 - Certification for completion of 120 hours training with Carmen Galindo's Micro- Pigmentation. Acquired training in techniques required for permanent makeup application on eyebrows, eyeliner and lips, including touch-ups and camouflage. Colombia, South America.

Edda is wonderful and I recommend her highly! Her space is clean and professional. And she is a perfectionist, checking in with you often to ensure you are happy with the results. She microbladed my brows and applied permanent eyeliner and I'm beyond happy with how they turned out!

I have been to Edda 3 times now. Each experience has been wonderful. She does a great job and if you need any retouching, she will take you right in. I feel like she is a personal friend. Trustworthy, friendly and experienced!!!!

I cannot recommend Edda Garcia more. After searching the web, and reviewing a lot of places that do microblading, I settled on Edda Garcia because of her web page, and I was not disappointed! Her talent, professionalism, patience (with me!), and dedication to making me happy with the end results is who she is. I am still adjusting to having eyebrows (procedure was done yesterday) and I am so happy I did it! Thank you, Edda!

Absolutely love this place, very professional, clean and much care is given to make sure that you get exactly the look you want. Can't say enough good things...I highly recommend if you are looking for permanent make-up visit this place first. Update, I returned to Edda four years after my first visit for more work. So happy with the results! Clean, quality work. Reasonable prices as well.

I scheduled an appointment to have my lips done and I am Beyonce/Rihanna type skin tone Edda stated upon my arrival that because of my skin color my lips would turn black and she didn't want to take my money. To avoid a waste of time let her know your race/skin color before you schedule. I have scheduled an appointment with prettyology downtown.
