Outstanding professional expertise and great service and curtesy. The software used for collecting Patient Information, medical history, medications and insurance information was almost unusable. The front desk leads end up typing in data for majority patients. Still, I would recommend PermaDent to all my friends and family. Regards, Alex Pop

First off, my review is not based on my experience with the Dr. or my procedure. It is strictly based on my experience with an out of network claim. I understood going in that I was out of network using Aetna. I paid upfront and knew I would be partially reimbursed by Aetna. I was told that as a courtesy the office would send my claim to Aetna. It is now over 3 months and Aetna still has not received the correct information to process my claim. I understand it takes time but I feel I have been given the run around. I offered to retrieve the info and submit it myself. I have been following up with both Aetna and the office weekly.I gave the initial claim over a month. I am told by Aetna they are not receiving the required info. I gave the info needed to the office. The office mgr is not there very often and when I actually spoke with her on a 3 way line with Aetna , she said she had the info all straightened out and would send it. She also said she is not familiar with sending out of network claims. I do not know what else I can do? I am not sure why Aetna would lie to me? I do not understand why the office mgr will not help me get this done? So I suppose after paying thousands of dollars, I was hoping someone from the office would follow through for me. Or at least tell me to pick up the required info and let me send it to my insurance. I do not enjoy giving poor reviews because I know how hard people work and that things take time nowadays. But this is crazy to me. The time I have spent calling back and forth. The info needed can not be that out of the ordinary compared to Delta? Hopefully this review will prompt the office mgr to figure out how to assist me.

Lauren is way to hot to be wearing a mask in there! Fire! But to be honest she was very sweet and kind with me. The office is very clean and they all know there stuff and make you feel very comfortable. Dr Rodriguez is honest and gets straight to the point of what is wrong and what you need. I would trust my teeth with any other office, and you shouldn't either. 5 stars +

had such an amazing experience at PermaDent Dental. Everyone I met was nice, courteous and friendly from check-in to my session with Dr. Klokkevold. He took time out to listen to my concerns, explain the procedure before and after and answer my questions. It didn't feel like a first time experience at all and I would HIGHLY recommend him if you're in need of a periodontist

I am the biggest chicken when it comes to dental work. I need to have gum grafts and am very anxious about it. At the consultation the staff and Dr. K were very patient and kind - explaining everything to me. He took is time with me, wasn't "rushed" at all. Haven't made the appointment yet, but I will. So far so good.

As someone who has had anxiety from visiting dentist/doctors, I am sharing my best experience with a dental office in over 50 years. After trying to save an upper molar through a root canal it was determined I needed a dental implant. Permadent was recommended to me by multiple top dental professionals in the Los Angeles area, and Permadent did not disappoint. Upon the first office visit, my initial anxiety was relieved because Dr. Rodriquez and her staff provided a thorough explanation of the process including the procedures, timeline, insurance coverage, and my todo's. It seemed so simple as they explained. So then we proceeded to remove my tooth, and have an implant installed. Both procedures were absolutely painless... :) I could not ask for anything more. I followed their instructions and healed fully, also without any pain. This process required multiple office visits where Permandent sent me text reminders of my appointments so I would not forget, and I never had to wait in their lobby upon arrival. At our first meeting, Dr. Rodriguez said her goal was for me to say that "it wasn't that bad"... well it turns out it wasn't that bad, it was great! I am very grateful to Dr. Rodriquez and her staff.

I had one of the best experience as a patient with Permadent. Dr.MariaElena Rodriguez and her staff is top notch. They are caring, friendly, and overall looking out for the best for their patients. I'm glad I had this experience and would do it all over again.
