We also know how scary it can be to go to the dentist and orthodontist. Many people fear coming in, so we do everything that we can to provide a calm and comfortable environment. Our staff is great at what they do. They are here to discuss any of your concerns and put you at ease.
There is also nothing worse than feeling like you are not able to discuss your teeth with your orthodontist. We dont want you to feel that way, so we are all here to help answer any questions you may have, no matter how silly you think they are. We can assure you that we have heard most of them already!
I have loved working in the dental field these past seventeen-plus years because Ive gotten to meet so many different people and have had the opportunity to make a positive difference in their lives. I enjoy making a person feel more confident about themselves, and of course, being able to bring a smile on their face! With all the patients that I see, I am continually learning new things. Getting to know my patients and their families has been self-enriching and I look forward to bringing more beautiful smiles to the south sound area and being part of this great community.
I attended the University of Pennsylvania where I earned both my Doctorate of Dental Medicine and my Master of Science degree. I was also a faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania Orthodontic Department and instructor at Temple University Episcopal Division Pediatric Dentistry Residency and an orthodontic consultant in Italy. I have been teaching and practicing orthodontics for more than 13years.
I regularly attend classes and meetings in order to keep abreast of new innovations and procedures that will better serve my patients and enable me to provide them with the best and most up to date care possible. I strive to address concerns, answer questions in regards to treatment with braces or other means, and do so to your satisfaction.
I am originally from Downers Grove, Illinois but have lived in Maryland, Washington D.C., California, Oregon, Saudi Arabia and Pennsylvania. I call Olympia home with my wife Rosaleen and our three beautiful young daughters. When I have free time I enjoy traveling, photography, hiking, biking, fishing, soccer, basketball,ice-skating and cheering on our local sports teams!

I have been with Dr. Perlot since 2010 but have worked in the dental field since 1970 as a certified dental assistant! What I like about my position are the checks and balances and making orthodontics affordable for our families, a beautiful smile is an investment that will last a life time. I love working with the entire Team here and they are more like my extended family. Outside of the office, I enjoy the great outdoors, riding my horse, gardening and camping with my family and friends.
Hello, my name is Deanne! I am Dr. Perlots Treatment Coordinator and will be with Dr. Perlot when you come in for your new patient evaluation. I help with presenting the diagnosis and treatment plan as well as the financials and beginning and final records. I have been with Dr. Perlot since 2010 but have worked in the dental field since 1997 in oral surgery and orthodontics.My favorite part of being here is the everyday laughter with my teammates: they are like family and this is my home away from home.
When I am outside the office, my husband and I love traveling, ANYWHERE!We take at least one trip every six months and when we are not traveling we spend time with our adorable furry children, Charlie and Tucker.

I am Dr. Perlots Lead Orthodontic Technician, I work with patients and the doctor in order to keep the day flowing smoothly.I have been with Dr. Perlot since 2010 and he gave me my start in the dental field. I attended the SPSCC Dental Assisting Program. My favorite part of what I do is watching our patients change through treatment and then the beautiful smiles they have when they get their braces off! I love working here because we all work well together and treat each other like family. That makes it a good atmosphere to work in and we enjoy spending time together outside of the office.
Hi and welcome! Im Kyla, a Lab Technician, and Ill be part of your first visit. I assist with taking the all-important new patient and final exam records. These allow Dr. Perlot to diagnose and design your treatment and, when youre done, show all youve accomplished! I also sterilize our operatories, instruments, and tools. Hello, Im Jennie and Im an Orthodontic Assistant for Dr. Perlot! Youll meet me in the clinic, where I provide chairside assistance during different orthodontic processes. I help with bonding, debands, appliance fittings and cementing, changing arch wires, and Invisalign procedures. My professional career started here, in 1998, after I received my Certificate of Completion from the South Puget Sound Dental Assisting Program. I love seeing peoples self-esteem grow as their smiles changes and love working with a great doctor and team. Were a warm, happy family and Im looking forward to you joining us!
When not in the office, I treasure time with my husband, Steve, and our three boys: Lane, Jacob, and Drew. The boys are very active in sports, mainly baseball, and we also keep busy with camping, fishing, hunting, and other outdoor adventures. At home, we enjoy our nine chickens, two cats, bunny, and pet fish!

We had the worst experience with Perlot Orthodontics! The women in charge of claims is rude and takes no accountability for her wrong doings and incapability to do her job correctly. We waited a year doing back and forth with her to get us nowhere. She lied about filing claims twice, 6 months apart. She admitted that she did not correctly file the first time, and she would re-submit. She never did. We waited months to start treatment because of the lies this women told. I get it if you no longer want to accept our insurance. Which she told me is due to them changing their coding and being hard to work with... isn't that your job? To stay up to date on coding and how to file? Our insurance company even offered to speak with her to help walk her through it! But to keep a family on the line for a year feeding them lies to them just drop the ball and make us start all over again! I have tried to get in contact with Dr. Perlot to let him know the situation going on with her, but I doubt I will get a phone call back. I don't know if he is aware of what she has done and is doing with his patience. I posted to my personal Facebook looking for other Orthodontist in the area and warning people to not go to Perlot. I had a friend comment the exact same thing happened to her with Perlot! This has me wondering how many people she has done this to? The final phone call with her to try to get some answers and maybe even an apology, she was so rude and then hung up on me! I have never experienced anything like this before in a "professional" setting. She needs to be fired!

I had a second opinion given by Dr. Perlot after getting a terrible hardware and adult teeth extraction plan chosen by another Ortho at a large scale facility. Dr. Perlot took a very good amount of time in explaining what his plan was for my daughter's teeth and why. His pricing was right in line with the other place for a much more advanced plan without extractions! His staff is amazing as well. I am so happy I came here for a second opinion.

Thanks Dr P for my brand new smile! Seriously, I am filled with soo many happy emotions that I cannot handle it. Before getting braces I never thought I would be happy smiling again especially since I had my own doubts about getting braces on as an adult. I am glad I did get them on and that I went to Dr P. The whole process was super smooth. Staff was always friendly and Dr P keeps you smiling. Do as the Dr says and you *may* get yours off early--like me!
