Me, my husband and child go here.... they have done great work. Their staff is knowledgeable, kind and caring. I got a bridge done, and I couldn't be happier. We recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience, and to get quality work.

The girls at front desk lie and blow patient off when you call they hang up or send you to voicemail at 416 pm on Friday saying they are closed. The dentist is a joke and only wants money. I have tried for THREE years to get a tooth pulled and they " Forgot to do that make another appointment ". This place will tell you they are open but no dentist on site. I was given mouthwash instead of antibiotics for infection. Said can't give me antibiotics unless I get more work done. Lie lie lies

I took my son and daughter there for the first time everybody was so nice and very helpful they take most insurance and cash payments my son and daughter's insurance didn't really cover anything the nurse had me do loan application to help get approved to help with the bill I got approved for enough to cover both of them with a low monthly payment. They also referred me to someone else to help he called within hours after their appointment to set up a appointment to help get more assistance I would definitely highly recommend them you can tell they really care about their patients and the wait wasn't long or the ex rays.

Very unprofessional to say the least..the girls at front are very loud! I understand that maybe an office setting can get boring at times. But gossip and extra loud laughing is very annoying. I won't be coming back. Seeing how your child is in pain waiting to be seen, constant laughter is not something that should happen while you desperately want to be called .

This place is a joke. Had a 5pm appt to get x-rays. 6:25 rolls around and they "were getting the room cleaned up, and should be about 10 more minutes." Let's just say I ended up getting all of my personal info back and left. That's being nice; there were several other people in there complaining about different things as well. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

01/31/2022 New patient I came in at 10:45 to prepare for the paperwork I'd need to fill out. I finished at 11:05am. My appointment was at 11:00 am. I didn't get called back until 11:45am. They took my X-rays and then sat me in a room for 30 more minutes before the doctor came in at 12:45pm. Then they did a 5 minute cleaning and I waited for 20 more minutes. 1:25 pm I had to leave. I was there 3 hours. Management is terrible. The cleaning process was a joke. If you have insurance don't go here.

I was in and out of pain for over 2 years. Thankfully I was already on antibiotics 5 days prior to my emergency/aptm here at Perla Dental; They listened to my concerns and I was able to get same day treatment. It was my first extraction so I was nervous. Though they were so considerate, kind, and they talked with me during the whole procedure. Definitely coming back for any future dental work. :)

First time at Perla Dental. I'm disappointed in Perla Dental. With the on going pandemic. The Delta Covid-19 is the most deadly virus according to the news. That being said you would think everyone in a DENTAL OFFICE would have on a face mask. You are in patients MOUTH. Which is one of the ways you could get it. I'm cool on this place.

The dental assistants and ladies in the front were fantastic, but management sucks, very uncoordinated with pricing and very unfair. I was quoted a price for two extractions, then that price went up almost 100 dollars unbeknownst to me, then back to the original price, and after the procedure they raised the price AGAIN. And I'm not the only person they did this to that same day. Unacceptable, and the way management treats the employees is horrible, I have seen them be talked down to and treated unfairly. Seems like management is only in it for the money grab I guess

Extremely disappointed with my first time experience at this location! I was the FIRST patient to sign in. Front staff advised me He was LATE!! He arrived at 10:15. Was escorted to the back. Then I noticed He worked on a Lady that arrived AFTER me! He finished w/Her then came to me. Worked on me for about 5 minutes then left to work on another patient! Then I was told only half of my procedure could be done because OF HIM BEING LATE!! Decided to pay the exam & out!! I am a CASH paying patient. Will be for another Dental Office that has Dr's that are punctual!! Provide me w/quality & efficient dental care. Kudos to the front/back staff for providing great SERVICE! Unlike the Dr today!

Can't speak highly enough about these folks. I had 110% exceptional service! We are new to the area. Took my wife there because of a tooth ache. They took us in on a 2 hour short notice, on a Saturday!!! My wife was really frightened and worried about the pain. She felt nothing. She was afraid of the needles and everyone there was attentive and caring and made her feel comfortable. Office is neat clean and very professional. We found our family Dentist.

Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. It is clean and hygienic. But..... honestly it's like the dr.s are volunteering and the assistants are students that have never actually seen or done this job. I am not saying that is a bad thing. We all start somewhere. I continue to go back to them because every single one of them are concerned for your wellbeing and all seem to be kind compassionate people.

It was a great dental visit. My insurance benefits were about to expired and I called to see if they would take me in. It was 2:30 when i called and they called me back to schedule me in at 4:30. The staff was very friendly and the doctor was great at explaining the procedure. She was gentle and understanding of my teeth sensitivity.

I chipped a tooth yesterday that made another chip even worse and called for an appointment. Got me in today and absolutely fixed my issue better than I could have ever hoped for. I have been here three times now and the doc has been patient, listened, and did stellar work. The girls are super sweet and patient. Very happy with the care I received!

The staff and doctor were great. Yes, I was there for awhile, but considering how busy they all were, i didn't feel neglected. They were, friendly, caring and took the time to explain all options, cuz, baby, my mouth is a mess! First time I've EVER enjoyed a dental visit. (Which explains the condition of my teeth!) Indeed, I'll be back to continue my dental care.
