do not go to Pearl Dental in DeSoto Texas they are bad the state needs to close them down they pulled out my tooth in my crown illegally my jaw is broke they did not want to do their job and I've been going to Perler Dental 12 years since 2011 a lot of people know me in DeSoto Texas they ruined my insurance I don't have dental insurance anymore because of them

Parking is great! Right in front of the building. You don't have to walk far in the hot sun. The office is nice and clean. Customer Service is on the money, professional, friendly and informative. I didn't have to wait in line. Now, if you need dental work Perla Dental of Desoto, is the exact place you are looking far. The dental service and procedures I received was the best ever!!! It is very hard to find a good dentist that accept my type of insurance and I have great insurance. They did! Moreover, they listen to what the patient wants. They created a great plan for me going forward based on what I want. Okay, I said enough. I'm excited to share my feedback . Y'all go check them out. You will have a big pretty smile on your face when they finish!!!

Don't come here if you have other things to do! It only took 10 mins to get to the back but then it took 2 freaking hours to get a freaking cleaning!!! Like come on and on top of that they NOT GENTLE AT ALL!! GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!

Do not go here!!! I was referred by Texas orthodontist to get a tooth pulled....my son needed to get an extraction #24 and they had him sit in the back for an hour and a half just to tell me that they couldn't pull his tooth as they wasn't an oral surgeon but received a referral from a specialist to pull the tooth....my son has been in pain for weeks and I've been getting the runaround with these dental office.....they dont care that your child's in pain and YES we have insurance...Don't waste your time, go to lantern dental.... I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours and spoke with the doctor who also confirmed he can extract the tooth.

Very professional and friendly. The Dental Assistance was very knowledgeable and explained to me the procedure that I was about to have . Highly recommend!

Dentist was in the lobby watching soccer when I arrived. When he came to assist me I was not greeted and he quickly began to work on me. He hurt me while he was cleaning my teeth but left too quickly to notice. Not once did he acknowledge me. I guess the soccer game was more important. The young lady that assisted him had more bedside manners then he did. It took me longer to check in then to get seen. I have been to Perla many times before with no issues but this last visit was my definitely my last.

One receptionist and assistant were talking loud at the front desk. After the assistant thought someone called her name. She just walked around like she was really working and she wasn't. The assistant that took my son x-rays had a attitude. I use to be an dental assistant and that type of behavior would've gotten me a variable warning.

Terrible, the dental assistants are all unprofessional Place hands with gloves on in her hair than wanted to place hands in my mouth without changing gloves. I had to stop her. They Makes appointment to close together. You have to wait 2 hours. I am serious. The Dentist is very professional and good. Those lazy dental assistant are awful. They don't respect the Dentist and don't even assist the dentist. You are on your own risk!! Watch out for the Dental assistant's. They will give you germs.

My kids have been using this office for years. Got an additional bill for both kids this last visit. I finally called and it was because the insurance did not pay for X-rays. I call the insurance, they say because they were done a month too early. I call PEARLA back they said they do x-rays every 6 mths and it was basically up too me to know if insurance would cover or not. This is information PEARLA knew when they ran the insurance and it should have been communicated to me that I would have to pay or wait another month. Of course I would have waited, this is thy I pay insurance every month. Why did they not tell me before I left the office but instead sent a bill ? That is NOT good business practices.

Outstanding experience! Walking into Perla Dental Desoto for an OS consultation, I had no idea what to expect. As a former dental assistant, I know the pressures of making sure you deliver the best customer service at all times. I can truly say without hesitation, this office has exceeded my expectations! Services were always delivered in a prompt and timely manner. Never did I once have to wait for an extended period, before being called to the back. Everyone in the entire facility worked professionally and courteously, from the front staff, to dental assistants, Oral Surgeon and office manager. I couldn't have asked for a better team of individuals. The environment calm, comforting and welcoming. From the bottom of my heart, I truly recommend Perla Dental Desoto as a place of choice for Dentistry.
