My experience with Perla was a pretty good one. My dentist was very polite as she extracted a back tooth of mine. She constantly checked up on me asking me was I okay. She also gave me a small break. I really appreciated her patience and concern. The dental was also pleasant. I am accustomed to being sedated; but this time it was the nitrous gas that somewhat relaxed me. Although I did survive the pressure pains of ectracting the tooth, I did not feel it come out. Thank you kindly Perla Dental.... Alex Wall

The front desk ladies were nice, everything was great until the doctor came in and we were in mid conversation with the doctor and a young lady stood right between us and started a conversation with the dental assistant (weird) Update::10/3/22 The office reached out and apologize, which was nice...Thanks

Everything was good. I really enjoyed that the location was convenient to me and that some members of the staff were friendly. The doctor was amazing. But I do not like the billing practices nor collection methods used. When you call the office to talk to the Billing Department they are unavailable, if you leave a message it's never returned. I paid in advance for a procedure and apparently I had a balance that I wasn't informed about from 2020,I had been twice after the date of service and not a word. According to my EOB it should have been written off as over allowable. So I'm thinking that I'm paying ahead for the work to only wind up with a $44 credit. They charges are exuberant therefore leaving you with a balance. Never again

I like the service here, I'm a new patient to Perla Dental. From the outside the building looks old, but inside looks newer & clean.

Dr. Buie is an absolute skilled, kind and empathetic professional. She took the time and care to ease my anxiety by explaining each and every step of the procedure to me. She took great care to make sure I experienced little to no discomfort and that made a world of difference. The staff was kind and welcoming from the time I stepped in the door. The COVID-19 precautions were followed to the letter which made me feel at ease. I will absolutely be going back for all my family's dental needs. Thank you Perla Dental Lancaster, you have a great team.

Wanted to try it out since my daughter goes to this dental place. Got my exam done, the cleaning was harsh. It literally took maybe 3 minutes if that and of course no glasses to keep the very little water that was used to do the supposedly cleaning. They also don't check with your insurance if a crown is covered, they want you to do the leg work and they want you to provide them a letter that it's covered. My insuarnce does cover a crown. The staff is friendly, just the work was done poorly. Decided to go somewhere else.

The staff was nice and Dr. Singh was great made me very comfortable. I'm not afraid of the dentist anymore Perla Dental of Desto you guy rock and I'm advertising for you. My hangout noq!!

I made my mom an appointment for 1 pm got here at 12:50. Filled out the paperwork 1:35 I go and ask what's wait because we were the only people in the Dentist office and the lady says we are verifying her insurance so I said that should have been done yesterday. 1:45 she is finally seen.

When your confidence has gotten the best of you because of you're teeth, call Pearla Dentist and ask questions their always there for you regardless. This complete staff are fantastic people and believe it or not they're there for you. I wanna thank you guy's for changing my life for the better smile that i have.
