I had a SEVERE tooth ache & had used Perla Dental GP some time back. It seemed reasonable to return. WRONG! The girl who performed the x-rays was great, careful affirming I was as comfortable as possible. I was taken to another room where a man came in, never introduced or identified who he was just begins probing my mouth. After his exam I tried to explain where the pain was. All he could focus on were two broken teeth, which obviously I knew about, he wanted to extract. He WOULD NOT listen to where my pain & discomfort was! To top it all off. A woman comes in & made me feel like I was at a Time-Share sales. At one point she literally motioned to me not to get out of the chair. This ain't jail honey, I'm out of here! Will not be returning to Perla Dental Grand Prairie! Perla Dental period! Oh, should I tell about my effort to get a copy of the x-rays? Nah, that's a whole other post.

Dentist did a wonderful job extracting a tooth I tried to have worked on for 2 years now. No excruciating pain and he took his time. Cleaning was amazing. I'd recommend this location to anyone needing treatment. Staff is friendly.

The staff was very disrespectful,rude, and they would ignore me when I had questions. I would not recommend this place at all! Don't waste your time

Bad experience was told I might have a cracked inside my tooth, was charges ahead of time to book procedure, turns out nothing was wrong but still waiting to get a refund for my $200.00. I have called and always get the round around Dentist not in office to address the refund.

No way! My mom has been going there and stopped, please don't waste your money here. My mom has been waiting for her dentures and took days off of work just for them to say they're not ready it's been more than a couple of months already. Thank God she found elsewhere to go to and they have helped her.

I've had the worse experience in my life, the doctor is extremely rude, and the job they did to me today april28, 2021 was horrible I went home crying.

Worst dentist office I've ever been to. My allotment was at 10:30, I understand I need to fill out paperwork as a new patient, and a 15 to 20 minute wait is normal, HOWEVER, waiting an hour is totally unacceptable. The dental chairs in the back were old and torn. There was hair and dust on the X-ray machine and lights. There was cob webs beneath the cabinets and piles of dust and debris in the corner. The cabinet doors were greasy and had run marks from spilled a liquids. The water pic used was leaking at the base and sprayed water everywhere. This office is a nightmare. It'd feel more confident getting my teeth cleaned at the dog groomers. Book a 6 month appointment? Yeah, no thanks!

Not happy. Needed to be seen ASAP and they turned me away twice. They used to be good. Now they are on the "do not ever go back" list

What a great experience at the dentist! From the receptionist to the doctor himself everyone was kind, patient, and answered my questions. Go get your teeth taken care of here!

Soooo I haven't been to the dentist in over two years, life gets busy and you sort of forget, right? I finally set up an appointment to get my teeth cleaned and checked out to make sure that I didn't have any cavities or issues with my teeth. Turns out I had one cavity, which I guess is fair since it's been so long. I was really happy with how Perla Dental filled it and treated me. I wasn't just another patient in the day, I was a person who has feelings and concerns about their body. Thank you Perla!

Lovely time! I didn't have to wait long before they called my name. The staff was very friendly! The cleaning went by quickly and I was told what was going on so there were no surprises!

WORST PLACE EVER!!! I came in about year ago with a real bad tooth ache and after my exam the informed me that I would I had few options. I two teeth that needed attention. I could either do a root canal or extraction in the teeth. So I had chosen to do the both the root canal on one tooth and extraction on the other. The dentist at the time inform me that the tooth that I would be extracting was a special case because it was curved under my wisdom tooth. She seemed a bit uncertain it she was going to be able to do it so I asked her had she had any experience with a tooth such as mine. And she said "I have done extraction before" my response was but are you going to be able to do this one? She said yes. So we became with the root canal first. I was in a bit of discomfort but with numbing medicine I was ok. Than we proceeded with my extraction and it was the WORST experience I've even had in my ENTIRE life. I had two children and endeared much pain but this was horrific. As the dentist is in my mouth mind you I was in so much pain and could just about feel everything she was doing. She starts to shake her head and just keep saying "no" as if she could extract the tooth WHILE she's in my mouth! As is she can't do it Causing me even more anxiety and I'm completely discouraged and scarred at this point and VERY emotional. To put the the icing on the cake she BREAKS the tooth in my MOUTH. FINALLY she comes to the conclusion that I need to see a specialist to remove the REST of the tooth that SHE left in my mouth. I LEFT in PAIN and in TEARS. I got there about 9/10am and didn't leave till about 2/3pm. So fast forward to today and my root canal came out due to the fact that I never returned because of HORRIBLE experience I had. I just wanted to tooth out. The people should absolute lack of empathy or concern for my previous situation that I had with THEIR location and DENTIST. They told me that the doctor that initially did my root canal is no longer that and that it wasn't their problem or fault. and tried to charge me $400 to extract ONE tooth. If ANYONE was debating on if the should allow Perla Dental to be their home dentist I HIGHLY suggest they DONT. THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. WORST DECISION I EVER MADE!!
