Waited an hour just to not be attended to, the ladies at the front desk were just talking and laughing while I was waiting to be attended, I walked out after the receptionist kept hanging up the phone on my insurance provider.

After the x-rays, the dentist introduced herself then promptly started talking to her assistant about a bridge and root canal that I needed as if I was no longer present. I told her I didn't want a bridge and didn't need root canal work. A few minutes later another assistant walks in explaining the bridge and root canal all over again. Again I said I didn't want or need those services. In the next stall, I could hear an assistant trying to talk to another patient into several procedures. I could tell the patient was confused with all the numbers. Pressure sales tactics. When the dentist started my cleaning, she started another long conversation with her dental assistant. I was nervous that she wasn't paying 100% attention to her work. Another assistant popped in to ask a question while I am having my cleaning done. The dentist answered her without even pausing my cleaning. Very rude, unprofessional, and impersonal. When her dental assistant did the final fluoride treatment, she sprayed water and fluoride all over my face and eyes. At least I had a wet paper towel with me to wipe my face because she never offered one even though I was complaining. Other dentists always covered my face during procedures. Also, I was told the fluoride treatment was an extra cost. I understood that their fee would include that since other dentists do. And the assistant insisted that I pay the extra fee right there and then while I was on the chair. She couldn't wait till I was on my way out. At the end I was given a two-page treatment plan. They didn't give up on their strong-armed salesmanship. I was just a dollar bill on their assembly line. I was made to feel I was just extra income for them. Neve Again!

Not recommended!! Forget about making an appointment because they take care of you hours later, the appointment for my child was 1pm and they attended him until 3:20, not to mention that the Dentist skipped my son to attend another patient, I claimed that ,and She took very bad care of my 5-year-old son, He came out of there with some burns on his tongue.

One star review over advertising practices. A guy came up to my door and put an advert in my door. So I'm putting a low review on the internet. I do not want businesses to advertise by soliciting in a no soliciting neighborhood.

I would 10 out of 10 recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get work done on their teeth. The doctors and staff are amazing, and they did such a great job on my teeth for a very reasonable price. This has easily become my favorite dental office and I will definitely be back in the future.

Not a good dentist. I took my daughter yesterday and she was getting a cleaning and they cut her in the inside of her mouth. I really do not recommend this dental at all. The ladies at the desk are really nice and friendly I have no problem with them.

I had been hesitant to go to the dentist because it has been quite some time. I do not have insurance and I was calling places to schedule and this location said they do accept walk ins. GREAT because I do not have a set schedule at work. When I got there I had my exam and xrays done for 35, which is cheaper than a lot of places I found online. I had a lot of fillings I needed to get done and they gave me a payment plan because Im not as financially stable as I would like to be right now. I still have some work to be done and they are very flexible with me. Thanks for being so welcoming . My assistant Zhona was so nice. And the front desk, Brenda really worked with me. I am so appreciative. WONDERFUL Doctor, she really knows what shes doing. I will be back in a few weeks.

Zhona is one of the best assistants I have ever had. She made me feel so welcomed and at ease when I came to my checkup today. Usually I'm scared of the dentist like most but she answered all my questions I had that worried me and made me feel a lot better.

New client and they were in network. I neglected going to one for 5 years. There service and staff were awesome. I have a lot of work that needs to be addressed and they did a great job in explaining to me my concerns and worked with me in outlining a plan. I scheduled my follow up same day. Great job guys.

The new dentist at this location is the reason I will no longer be a patient. I have been coming here for 4 years and after my latest visit I have more issues after leaving than before I went. I went for a cleaning and a check up. My cleaning in my opinion was not even really performed. It takes me longer to brush my teeth at home than my whole mouth cleaning lasted. This was by far the worst experience I can remember of a dentist including my childhood. Not only did the dentist do more grinding than expected for an extremely small cavity, but she uses the numbing needling in a way that causes more pain than a distraction from it. After the grinding to fill my cavity she left an excessive build up of the filler on my teeth that had to be ground down again only to once again grind too much. When doctor Natallia was at this location I enjoyed it. After this experience I refuse to return. If you read most of the 5 star reviews you may notice most of them have very similar content, single reviews by the poster and wording is identical. It seems to me the are "padding" their Google review by writing them themselves.

Not great for children. They took both kids in at same time (both under 4) and only one parent--impossible to be with both. First appointment was fine, but the second appointment six months later they decided my 4 year old had 10 cavities in 10 teeth and needed fillings and crowns and oh why don't we just do it all today. HA! Nope. No possible way you go from 0-10 in six months. Went and got a second opinion and they said his teeth were fine; no need for fillings let alone crowns. Pointed out some possible areas to watch, but keep doing as we've been. I have never felt worse about a dentist than here: you don't take advantage of a child. A few months before this they told my husband he had 8 cavities and he listened and got them all filled same day---now we wonder how many of these were real and how many were just for the money. DO NOT GO HERE.

I've been here for a check-up and cleaning. Doctor said that I need couple of fillings. After the procedure I started having pain while chewing in one of the teeth with the new fillings. I had one more visit to this doctor, but it didn't fix the issue. She didn't even check where it was hurting. Clinic doesn't agree to let another doctor look at this problem, so now I am going to look for another clinic.

AMAZING DENTIST & STAFF! Very comfortable environment & Super Clean! The Dentist Assistant & Demtist made me feel so comfortable. The Front Staff was Beyond helpful. If you need a dentist this is the place to go.

I have been going to this place since my kids were little and they always do a good job . Always willing to help out! The staff are great as well.
