I am seven months post RPE with Judy Carroll and my charting measurements speak for themselves. My worst tooth, which my previous periodontist wanted to extract, had a 2 mobility and measured 10mm. Seven months after the procedure, that same tooth is charting at 4mm with zero mobility. My hygienist was super impressed and already familiar with Judy's work. The procedure itself seems very similar to a deep cleaning, but I think the use of the endoscope and Emdogain protein addition must be what makes RPE more effective. Each case is different, and Judy has a detailed phone conversation to determine best recommendations and next steps per individual. For me, Judy also recommended blood work to search for vitamin deficiencies, bacteria/candida testing, sleep airway testing, a change in toothpaste and mouthwash, and prolonged use of an antibiotic. At first I was reluctant to engage in these additional measures, but I'm so glad I did because I learned of quite a few concerns that are all easily treatable but were contributing to my gum disease. I can't wait to see further improvement at my next charting and can't thank Judy enough for getting my gum disease under control. I avoided extractions and gum grafting and feel I'm finally addressing the root of the problem which is giving me better health overall.

I went to see Judy 2 years ago for the RPE therapy for severe periodontal disease. I had pockets of up to 9mm and laser therapy with my local dentist had done nothing to help. After a local dentist suggesting full mouth extractions as my best route forward, I found Judy through a Google search. I was skeptical to begin with- it sounded too good to be true. But I read into the science and case studies behind it and checked the many glowing reviews online (not just on sites like this but also on social media and forums) and figured it was worth a shot to save my teeth. I travelled up to Seattle from Southern California and I am so glad I did. Two years on and I can literally say the procedure has been life changing. My gums are now perfectly healthy and I've have a good amount of bone regeneration. The vast majority of my pockets are now in the 2/3mm range, with a small amount of 4/5mm. Even now, over 2 years on, Judy is still responsive to emails with ongoing advice about my dental care- she really has been amazing. I can't recommend Judy and the RPE procedure enough- it has changed my life.

Judy Carol is, in my opinion, one of those unspoken heroes, and her life changing innovations and state of the art solutions in dentistry are parallel to her passion and compassion. I was at my wits end when I did some heavy duty research into saving my teeth. Literally every dentist I saw was giving the same trained and brainwashed speech of having to pull all my teeth because of my advanced periodontitis and disease. I wouldn't consider myself a person who gets depressed, but when everyone is telling you that you will loose all your teeth by the time your 45, that kinda hits hard. I knew somewhere there was someone who knew what they were doing, a specialist that may have figured out a way to avoid and fix these types of problems without having to pull all my teeth. I found periopeak through a review online after months of research. Since I already had nothing to loose, and after reading her website which was incredibly transparent, informative and helpful, I knew this would be the only place that could possibly do it. I then emailed Judy directly and told her everything. I sent all my updated info to her and sure enough she told me that I was a candidate for the RPE, Regenerative Periodontal Endoscopy. I was beside myself and was excited to get things moving. I didn't want to waste any time since my periodontal disease was already too far and I had already had one tooth pulled because of it. After a few more deliberations we set an appointment and I flew out to have the procedure done. At the end of the procedure the results were stunning. Not only was all my hard and tough calculus gone, but my gums were immediately returning back to normal. It has been 4 days since the procedure and I feel 100 times better. I can't thank Judy enough not only for the procedure and her endless patience, but even more so her years of constant hard work, investments, enormous sacrifice and passion of making sure people like me have a much more affordable and extremely effective option and to a better quality of life. Cheers to PerioPeak Innovations. -Joe Harrison

5 STARS PLUS for Judy Carroll's non-invasive treatment of periodontal desease which I had done over 10 years ago now with absolutely amazing results. Easily one of the top five choices I have made in my life! Prior to seeing Judy I had suffered for years coping with contantly inflammed gums, deep pocket bone loss, senstivity and tooth loss. My family dentist sent me to a periodontist who immediately removed two teeth (beyond saving, so he claimed) and did gum flap surgery on one half. The surgery actually increased the sensitivity issue and did nothing to decrease the inflamation, a miserable experience. One year later he tells me I need flap surgery on the other side and another tooth removed...I left his office intent on finding a better solution, which turned out to be Periopeak. Since receiving Judy's protocol so many years ago I can tell you today, I have no inflamation, no deep pockets, no sensitivity, zero tooth loss and expect to die with all these teeth intact! There is no better choice in periodontal care than Periopeak.

I'll start with... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JUDY CARROLL!!! A dentist I saw about 2 years ago diagnosed me with advanced gum disease and referred me to a periodontist for treatment. The periodontist recommended periodontal laser therapy for $5900. At a followup appointment 3 months after the therapy I was told there was no improvement and that the laser treatment should be repeated or opt for the more invasive gum surgery at about the same cost. I was also told the prognosis was not good. Since he was not encouraging about the success of more treatment I asked about dental implants. Frankly, I got the feeling I was going to need repeated treatments with no real assurances of success. I was completely discouraged! Before committing to gum surgery I decided to do a little research online. At first I was looking for similar stories and what the outcomes were like. As I suspected, many people talked about having to repeat the laser treatments multiple times with little improvement. Then I started looking for options... and I found Judy Carroll! She uses a new procedure and treatment that sounded very encouraging. After a consultation with Judy I decided to go with her treatment plan. Nine months later the followup exam found there are a couple of spots with only moderate improvement, however overall there has been SIGNIFICANT improvement. After a full year Judy will revisit the treatment plan. I am thrilled with the progress so far and see diligent dental hygiene (daily flossing + waterpik) to be as essential as eating and sleeping. Thank you to Judy Carroll at PerioPeak Innovations.

After care has been the biggest mysterious when I receive treatment from other dentists. Usually the only instruction was to brush and floss carefully. I'm grateful that Judy is extraordinary. Not only she provided necessary treatment with state of the art techniques, she also gives comprehensive instructions, is very patient to answer any doubts, and can be reached any time to provide help. In addition to RPE, Judy helped me identify the genetic, nutrition, and life style factors that causing my periodontal issue. Although there is not very much can be done with gene, I can do a lot on other factors that help. Following her instruction, I feel better with my teeth, gum and overal health. Her suggestions on my tongue tie and orofacial myofunction problem were also extremely helpful. I'm at about 7 months after RPE, and my situation is much better. Almost all gum pockets are closed. There is still some local inflammation at a couple site that used to be sever, and Judy is helping me to actively treat and monitor it. I will continue following Judy's instruction and hope to get further improvement on gum and bone health.

I wanted to do a google review of "PerioPeak Innovations" in hopes that this may help someone else. If you're reading this, you may probably have found yourself in the same situation I was in with periodontal disease. I had pockets all around my mouth and quite a few of them in double digits, meaning 10 MM + deep, I had one pocket that a 12! I went to a periodontal dentist she said I needed Flap surgery to clean the deep pockets. This procedure was going to cost $11,000 and my dental insurance was only going to cover $1,700! Basically I needed to come up with $9000 more of my pocket to pay for the surgery. After getting a second opinion in hearing basically the same thing I decided to try and find an alternative.... When I found the PerioPeak website I couldn't believe the results from the clinicals. The before and after as we're just amazing without having to go through the surgery. Not only that but this procedure was $7000 less!!!! Long story made short I just had my six month checkup after having the procedure done. My results are very similar to the ones you see on PerioPeak's web site. The really deep severe pockets that were 9s 10s & 11s are now 3s 4s and 5s!!! the smaller pockets that were lest sever are now all 2s and 3s! I am SO happy with the results! Judy said that I will continue to heal more over the next six months, can't wait to see the final results. Big Thankyou to Judy Note: After the swelling an infection was gone my gums did received a bit, but not as much as they would have if I would have gotten the surgery. My teeth were sensitive for a couple weeks afterwards but that went away. I would also recommend that you be sure to do you work at home after the procedure following all instructions. *** I uploaded my chart you can see it in the photos ***

About 7 years ago, I was in serious trouble. I had been battling severe periodontal disease for many years. I was also very broke. I got an infection behind my front teeth and they started to shift so rapidly that I looked like a different person in a matter of months. I can't begin to explain how deeply depressing, hopeless, and terrifying it all was. My dentist had reached a point where he couldn't help me anymore, after numerous root planings and scalings. He recommended gum surgery. Because I was broke, I was sent to a dental school. They wanted to do one quadrant at a time, where I would be put under for 4 hours per quadrant, which would have been 16 hours knocked out in total!! That alone was a horrifying idea to me. I was told that I would still end up most likely losing a few teeth and may need more surgeries in the futures. Plus, even in a school, it was still very expensive. I did NOT want to go that route and started digging in desperation for any alternatives. I finally found Judy Carroll and Periopeak. It made a lot of sense to me, because Judy takes it to a whole different level. For one, she looks at the actual cause so that your whole health is taken into account, not just the aftermath. (It's like the difference between constantly putting salve on a rash and never looking at what is causing the rash, compared to finding out why it's happening to begin with and treating that!!) She then uses a non-invasive, brilliant method to get all of the bacteria out of your pockets, while maintaining the integrity of your teeth (which surgery damages). Finally, she uses stem cell to regrow the bone that is compromised. To top it off, it was actually affordable since it wasn't just Part A of a series of procedures, but a one-time deal....as long as I took charge of my own health afterwards and followed through with the recommendations for a lifetime with my original teeth. Since seeing Judy, my gums and teeth are so much different. My gums healed up and became healthy. My pockets shrank up and I was able to move my teeth back into place with braces. Seven years later, I continue to have a healthy mouth! I never miss a day of flossing and I get regular cleanings. I shudder to think of where I would be at right now if not for Judy. Not only would my gums be cut and shrunken, but the infection would most likely still be there. My health would be compromised and my smile would be crooked. I would probably be heading towards the need for dentures. Just writing this makes me remember how awful it was, and how far I've come. If you have read this far, I implore you to take a look at the people who write such negative and nasty reviews about Judy Carroll and Periopeak. Take a look at their other reviews. Most make a habit out of 1 star reviews. I don't know why they do this, but I know one thing....the REAL people who have been under the care of Judy have had their life change. In the very best of ways. Thank you Judy. I will forever be grateful.

A couple years ago I was diagnosed with terrible periodontal disease through my whole mouth. I was 38 yo with excellent oral hygiene, non-smoker, but my gums were that of a 60 yo smoker who didn't know what a toothbrush was. I was having bone recession. My dentist had previously had me see a periodontal surgeon who had already cut one quadrant of my mouth. The periodontist couldn't tell which quadrant had already had the procedure, but now wanted to do the same thing in all four quadrants! It was going to cost a lot of money and I didn't see the point since it obviously hadn't worked. It wasn't gong to address what was causing the horrible inflammation. My wonderful hygienist discovered Judy while doing some research and suggested that I look into it. I ended up flying to Washington for the procedure. I figured it was worth a shot. Judy and her office was great. She was honest that the procedure would help clean up the roots, but there was something else going on. I had been on the Periostat, but there was still terrible inflammation. I had already seen an MD for testing for certain diseases - thyroid, etc which was all normal. Judy suggested I talk to a orofacial myofunctional therapist and consult with a naturopathic physician to see if they might be able to help. I ended up doing both. I was determined to get to the root cause of the problem. My gums did slowly get better after the procedure with Judy, but it took a year of myofunctional therapy to correct things I was doing that affected my gums - mouth breathing at night, etc. At my last dental appointment my hygienist couldn't believe the difference. My pockets are gone. My gums no longer bleed. My gums are now perfectly healthy and the bone loss as stopped! I am very thankful to Judy!

I ended up in Judy's care because admittedly, I have a lifelong fear of going to dentists and had seriously neglected my dental health. As a result, over time I had developed gum disease and was well on my way to facing tooth extractions and gum surgery. Neither of those options was very appealing to me. I found Judy by way of a friend of a family member, who told me about the amazing work Judy was doing to restore seriously unhealthy gums (like mine) to a more healthful state. I decided to give it a try. And I have to say that, as a person who fears dentists like I do, this procedure was probably one of the easiest to go through. Judy is very sensitive, caring and professional in her approach to her patients. She never gave me the "tsk, tsk" treatment I've had from many previous dental professionals. She was kind, patient, and considerate in her explanations of what I needed to do to correct my situation. In addition to performing the endoscopy and Emdogain treatment, she looks at the overall health of the individual, and makes suggestions as to what kind of lifestyle changes may be needed to get the oral health of the patient to a better state. It's been many years since I saw Judy and went through her regenerative treatment. Since then, I've had no tooth extractions, my pockets (which were very deep back then) are still looking good, and a bacteria test I took a couple years ago was one of the best my current dentist has ever seen. I have recommended Judy to numerous individuals over the years, and I wouldn't hesitate to receive treatment from her again should my oral health start declining.
