When you choose PerioLife Periodontics & Implant Dentistry, you will receive personalized care from Dr. Randhir Kapoor and Dr. Rishika Kapoor a father and daughter team. Both graduates from the elite dentistry school Baylor College located in Dallas, TX. Education has always been important to our doctors, and they continue to seek opportunities to stay up to date on periodontics and implant dentistry advancements.
We offer patients a specialty dental practice specializing in periodontics, dental implants, laser dental treatment, crown lengthening, extraction/bone grafting, gum disease treatment, and many other services. All our techniques are minimally invasive. This decreases the discomfort patients feel and recovery time.
Dr. Kapoor completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at University of Tennessee at Memphis. Thereafter, he completed 3 additional years of training in Periodontics at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX. Dr. Kapoor also has a PhD in Biochemistry and has extensive training in biomedical research. Dr. Kapoor strives to be a continual learner and has accumulated continuing education in all aspects of Periodontics and Implant Dentistry.
Dr. Rishika Kapoor grew up in Fort Worth, TX and continued her college education at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. She was able to complete her Bachelor of Science degree in only 2 years while graduating with full honors. She completed her Doctorate in Dental Surgery at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX. After completing dental school, she was accepted into the prestigious Periodontics Residency at Baylor College of Dentistry for the next three years.
Dr. Rishika Kapoor is board certified with the American Board of Periodontology and has excelled academically and clinically throughout her career. She loves to go the extra mile for her patients to provide optimal dental care.

My whole experience was great! I was sent over from my dentist to examine for a cracked tooth. They examined me and told me I did not need an extraction . They were honest with me instead on pulling my tooth and add income to the practice. Very kind and informative. I would 100% recommend.

I don't normally leave bad reviews but I feel like I have to warn people. The dr. Said I had gum disease and needed a treatment that cost $1,000+ I went out and got a second opinion from two other specialists and it turns out I was lied to. The other two specialist confirmed that I did not have gum disease and I had been lied to. I learned my lesson that it is important to always get a second opinion.

Office and staff very friendly and accommodating. Dr Kapoor was amazing. Had tissue grafting..very little if any pain. I have "white coat syndrome" regarding dentists and they were great helping me through that. Would highly recommend for any periodontal work.

Great team; everyone is so nice and caring. I went in for esthetic crown lengthening (my gummy smile has been bothering me since high school) and it turned out great. Wonderful follow up care. You can tell Dr. Kapoor really cares. They explain everything very well and make sure you are comfortable. I'm so glad I had it done and it turned out well.

My journey began when I had a crown completed before I came to Texas 5 years ago. I was brushing my teeth and my crown just fell out of my mouth. I was so devastated because that particular crown was a very painful procedure. I began searching for a specialist on teeth implants because I did not want to go through the same procedure again. And Dr. Kopoor from PERIOLIFE was on my list of orthodontist near me with great reviews. I reached out to the office through thier email on their website. Thier staff was quick to respond to me to set up an appointment. The location is great and the staff is amazing ,comforting and really empathetic. Dr. Kopoor was very professional and my procedures was smooth and I am so happy about the outcome. Everytime I go into the office the staff is wonderful and very responsive. I would definitely recommend PERIOLIFE and Dr.Kopoor for anyone.

The service with Periolife was great!! They were always on time and got you in and out as fast as possible. Office staff and Dr. Kapoor were amazing. I was very impressed at the fact that Dr. Kapoor text me after my procedure himself to see how I was doing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Monique Shannon - I had the best experience ever! It began with the initial call made to schedule my consultation. I called after hours and left a voicemail. Within 10 mins, Dr. Kapoor Jr (Rishika) called me back to schedule me in and patiently answered several of my questions, which was great. Then when I visited the Keller office, Dr. Kapoor senior and Melva were so kind and took their time making me feel comfortable and fully informed. On the day of my surgery, I was very nervous about pain management and again, Melva made me feel super relaxed. The next thing I knew, they were waking me up and all was done. All of my follow-up appointments were great because they accommodated my needs in both the Irving (close to my job) and Keller (close to my home) offices. I absolutely love my new smile and appreciate all that the staff has done!

Periolife provided a dental implant for me recently. My tooth matching is amazing and it looks and feels like my original tooth. Actually better!!!!!
