Dr. Sarah Northcott strives to provide her patients with the most advanced periodontal and dental implant treatment. She received her Bachelor of Science from Southwest Baptist University in 2002. She is a 2006 graduate of Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Northcott then completed a three year residency at St. Louis University and received a Master's of Science in Dentistry with a Certificate in Periodontology in 2009.
Dr. Northcott is a board certified periodontist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. This is an honor that is given to a periodontist who has made a significant achievement beyond the mandatory education requirements of the specialty. During residency she completed an additional certification in accelerated osteogenic orthodontics. This surgical procedure enhances tooth movement and decreases the overall time in orthodontic treatment. She has guest lectured at area study clubs and Logan College of Chiropractic.
Michele attended St. Louis Community College at Forest Park and has been a hygienist for 29 years. She just celebrated 10 years at our office. She loves being a periodontal hygienist and helping her patients feel more confident about their smiles. When Michele isn't at the office, she enjoys hanging at home with her husband, Chris, spoiling her dogs Ellie Mae and Bailee and taking Jeep out on rides!
We are so excited to announce that we have added a wonderful new hygienist to our team! Wendy attended St. Louis Community Collect at Forest Park and has over 10 years experience in the dental field! Wendy is passionate about creating relationships with her patients and providing them exceptional care and education to help them get on a path to better oral health. She is excited to be part of the team at Periodontics of O'Fallon and is looking forward to her future! Outside of the practice, Wendy enjoys doing outdoor activities with her husband, Taylor & their daughter, Briley!
Jenn is our surgical assistant and has been with Periodontics of O'Fallon since December 2018.Jenn enjoys assisting Dr. Northcott in all of our surgical cases and ensuring our patients are well taken care of is her highest priority! Jenn enjoys going to Cardinal and Blues games and spending time with her two children, Darby and Gibson!
Emma started out at the office to be a part-time sterilization technician while going to school. She quickly caught on to the assisting aspects of the practice and now assists the doctor in all surgical procedures and patient care! She is currently a student at St. Charles Community College and will be continuing on to become a registered dental hygienist. Emma has shown a natural talent for all things dental and perio and instills this in her schooling and in her patient care!
