Drs. Fertik and Broderick are proud to be a team whose primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive periodontal services available today in a comfortable and caring environment. We are concerned about your dental care and want to ensure you that it is performed in the most responsible manner. In order to assist you with the investment in your dental health, we have outlined our payment options.

Although we do participate as a contracted provider with several insurance companies, we do accept direct assignments of benefits and we will gladly assist you in maximizing your insurances. Your anticipated copayment will be due at time of service. In order to do this for you, we ask that you provide us with your dental insurance information at your first visit.

Our staff will do their utmost to process pretreatment estimates and inform you of anticipated insurance benefits available for your periodontal treatment. In addition, we are also participating in CareCredit revolving healthcare credit cards. Please ask our administrative staff for information regarding this alternative for treatment not covered by your dental insurance.
