Our practice specializes in the areas of Periodontology (both Non-surgical and surgical treatment), Dental Implants, Microsurgery, Oral Medicine and Adult Preventative Dentistry. Most of our patients are referred to us by dentists, physicians and other specialists, while some patients contact us directly. Because patient comfort and safety is so important to us, Dr. Hassan is licensed to provide Nitrous oxide, oral and IV sedation and mandates State of the art infection control procedures in our office.
Dr. Hassan received his Bachelor of Dental Science degree with honors from the University of Cairo University, Egypt in 1991. He went on to attend postgraduate Prosthodontics residency at the same school 1991- 1994. After which he travelled to Southern California and has since been practicing dentistry. He then completed his periodontal residency in 2004, earning a Master of Science and Certificate of Periodontology from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry.
Dr. Hassan received extensive training in anesthesiology at Loma Linda University, in which he provides his patients with sedation options to ease anxiety and stress with dental procedures. In addition to his time in private practice, he is an Assistant Clinical Professor and Clinical Instructor in the Department of Periodontics at Loma Linda University School o f Dentistry. Dr. Hassan is Board Certified in the specialty and a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. Board certification represents the highest recognition of achievement in the field of Periodontics and indicates expertise in all aspects of Periodontics, including dental implants. The American Board of Periodontology is recognized by the American Dental Association as the national certifying board for the dental specialty of Periodontics.
Jennifer has been working in the Dental field for over 30 years. She enjoys interacting with patients and helping them obtain the best care possible. I love having the opportunity to introduce patients to the best Periodontist. Dr.Hassan is truly in a league of his own! As the Office Manager at our Riverside Office, I strive to help our patients with any insurance verifications needed and I am here to help with any other questions you have, whether it's about the procedure or your insurance provider questions.
Jajaira brings over 25 years in the dental field and has dedicated 8years with Dr. Hassans practice. Her extensive knowledge with insurance and treatment coordination in the field of periodontics will allow her to assist you with your entire treatment experience in our office.
