Husam Bezreh, D.M.D., M.S., A.B.P., received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) in 2003 from the Goldman School of Dental Medicine, Boston University in Boston, MA. He continued his education at the School of Dentistry, Louisiana State University in New Orleans, LA where he completed a 3-year Residency program in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry in 2006. During this time, he also earned a Masters of Science degree in Oral Biology. He is certified by the American Board of Periodontology. Board certified periodontists are awarded the title Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology.
Dr Bezreh has maintained a highly successful practice limited to Periodontics and Implant dentistry in Alpharetta, GA. He works with other specialists in the management of patients requiring complex dental care. His successful work in implant placement and aesthetic enhancement is well recognized by his peers.

All periodontists must complete an additional two to three years of specialized training in periodontics following dental school. However, some periodontists opt to take the board-certification examination, which is offered by the American Board of Periodontology. A dentist who becomes board certified in periodontology is one who has made significant achievements beyond the mandatory educational requirements of the specialty. This includes demonstrating a comprehensive mastery of all phases of periodontal disease and treatment and in the placement of dental implants. Board certified periodontists are required to renew their certification every six years.
She enjoys getting to know patients as individuals, building relationships, working through treatment options and creating financial plans to help patients achieve their ultimate smile. She goes above and beyond to make sure every patient has a great experience in our practice. Being able to help our patients achieve the smile they want and deserve is a very rewarding experience and she loves being a part of that journey.
Rosa is our Scheduling Coordinator. She is the first voice you here on the phone. She likes the ability to help and interact with our patients. She is a people person and enjoys seeing the excitement as our patients start and finish their treatment and how it impacts their confidence. In her spare time, Rosa likes to explore different types of food and spending time with her two dogs.
Lisa joined our team at Periodontal Specialists of Vinings in the summer of 2018. She comes to us with many years of dental hygiene experience in all areas of dentistry. Lisas true passion in dentistry however, is in the specialty of periodontics. Lisa genuinely cares about all of her patients, and is committed to ensuring the highest standard of care and a positive experience in our office.
Kim is the newest addition to our team. She has been in the dental field since 2005. Prior to joining us she has worked in Oral Surgery and Endodontics. After exploring the field, she fell in love with Periodontics.

Absolutely the best Periodontist I've been to. Dr. Bezreh is fantastic w/ patients and extremely knowledgeable. The whole team is friendly, competent, and helpful. Wow am I so thankful to have found Dr Bezreh and his team! I went to three periodontists to find the right fit. He made me comfortable with his plan. My gums receded and needed extensive care. They made it aesthetically pleasing! He was compassionate when I was anxious. I cannot recommend this place enough! You're in great hands with this clinic

Dr. BEZREH and his team made my experience a positive one, despite my dread of getting the procedure done. I appreciate their care and attention to detail. I never felt rushed with any member of the team and every question answered. They took a conservative approach to my treatment plan and allowed time for healing. Although this added time, I appreciated that my ultimate health and satisfaction were prioritized.

If you are looking for a great periodontist, look no further. Dr Bezreh and his team are awesome! My dentist referred me to Dr Bezreh for some deep cleaning and that's how I came to know them. They helped me out with an emergency abscess too! Dr Bezreh is very knowledgeable and will give you an honest opinion on your diagnosis and treatment options. Also his entire team is very nice and helpful starting with the check in!! I would highly recommend Dr Bezreh.

I was referred to PSV due to gum disease. My entire team was amazing (Dr. Bezrah,Angie Kim and Rosa). I felt welcomed the moment I walked in the office for my initial visit. Dr. Bezrah explained the proposed treatment thoroughly, and Angie was also able to answer questions that I had afterward. Though I needed the bone graft and tissue regeneration surgery, I admit I was scared and contemplated not going through with it. Angie listened to my concerns and helped me create a plan that worked with my timeline. I had no pain during the procedure and they gave great instructions for post operation care. Besides some swelling that was anticipated, I experienced no discomfort. I survived round 1, so I'm ready and calm for round 2! I highly recommend Dr. Bezrah and his professional team!!!

This review is long overdue... the team at Periodontal Specialists is the ABSOLUTE BEST. They went above and beyond to give my mom the best treatment for a complicated case. Special thanks to the office staff Angie and Rosa. Angie was there with us from day 1. And Dr. Bezreh's work and bedside manner was exceptional. It Also helps that he has a sense of humor too. Cannot say thank you enough.

It was my first time visiting & I was very impressed!! The staff was friendly & professional. The doctor & tech were thorough & very informative. Even though I don't like going to the dentist, this turned out to be a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend them!!!

I was scheduled for surgery this morning which was months in planning. I arrived for my scheduled surgery and was told my blood pressure was too high to perform the surgery. I offered to go back home (20 minutes round trip) to take BP medication to help lower the pressure, but the Dr told me there was no time for this and would have to reschedule. This is after I have taken off of work for the day, and my daughter (who is paid hourly) took off for the day to drive me. This is also in addition to the Lyft I paid for to get to the appointment. Not to mention the medication they directed me to take before the appointment. In summary, all very unprofessional, and completely disrespectful of the time, effort and money forfeited by my daughter and I. I all in of the directions provided to me, no where does it say they will be unwilling to perform the surgery if your BP is at X level. I have never been under anesthesia, do not work with it every day (as they do) and had no idea this would be the case. And now I'm back to square one in finding another periodontist and having the procedure performed. COMPLETE waist of my time. Highly disappointed.
