Dr. Hagar and his staff do an incredible job making you feel comfortable and welcome before and during your preclude. They walked me through the whole process before I had my procedure. He did my gum graft surgery and I would go back to him 100 times over if I had to. He and his staff helped me relax and get through my procedure with ease. Cannot recommend this office more.

I absolutely love Dr.Hager, Dr Klaus and staff. My family have all been treated in the office. They are gentle, caring and friendly. The front office helped in filing my insurance to get my reimbursement quickly. Highly recommended.,

I had an extraction and dental implant done by Dr. Hager. Very thorough on explaining the procedure. I had zero complications during and after the procedure. Very pleased with the outcome.

Dr. Bowers did a gum graft for me last week. It was nearly painless afterwards and recovery is rapid, given you follow all the steps. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you!!!

Dr. Klaus and her assistants did a fantastic job on my cosmetic crown lengthening. I am very pleased with the results, and I just cannot say enough good things about the entire office. Financial information was provided in a very clear manner, appointments ran on time and smoothly, and the front office was always helpful. Highly recommended!!

My daughter had a gum graft with Dr Klause. She had a bit of a hard time in the chair during surgery but the Dr and assistance where of great comfort to her. She finished the procedure and we went home. Dr klause sent me a text and checked up on her that evening. She Was and is very attentive. And I felt like I could ask her any questions or concerns I had. And I definitely had them. Such a very good place. I highly reccomend them and Dr Klause.

Husband went to them for a consultation.. everyone was nice. However once the procedure was finished, and he was in billing.. they managed to tell him he wasn't in network. After wasting his time and getting our money for the consult. Not a professional way of doing things. Should've been upfront from the start, that his insurance wasn't in their network

Nothing negative to say about my experience so far. Had to have a tooth removed and a bone graft. Am currently getting invisalign from an orthodontist. Once that is complete I will go back to Dr. Hager for implant. His office has checked on my progress and have been professional and upfront about everything.

Do not attempt to be treated here if you have insurance since all doctors practicing here are out-of-network for ALL dental insurance companies. You must provide all monies up front and fight to receive any insurance reimbursement.

I recently had a deep cleaning, wisdom teeth pulled and a gum graft. The staff was very helpful and Dr Hager was extremely friendly. The deep cleaning and pulling of wisdom teeth went GREAT, but I'm not sure I'm convinced on his gum graft work. The graft appears to be located in an area that is not going to add any stability to the tooth it was for. It's off pretty far to the side and covers none of the recession. I asked Dr Hager about this and there was a bit of defensiveness from him. "The important thing is is that we get some gingiva down there." Ok, ok, he's a professional periodontist, Im not. I let it go. I was back for a regular cleaning today and the lady cleaning my teeth mentions to her assistant that "other than needing a gum graft, everything looks good." I told her that it was a bit concerning that she said that since I recently paid Dr Hager quite a bit of money for a gum graft on that same tooth she was referring to. I told her that I had even questioned it to Dr Hager and now she was questioning it. She changed her tune very quickly saying, "oh, you already had it done.....oh ok, yeah I see now......that tooth should be fine. It's a solid 4 right now and it won't get any worse." If I hadn't spent so much money on the graft the whole thing would've been comical. To top it off, Dr Hager then walks in and brags on his work telling the assistant to "go ahead and change that 4 to a 3." So, in a matter of minutes, the gum graft went from unnoticeable all the way to reducing my recession on that tooth to a 3, even though it was just measured at a "solid 4"? This kind of work is too much money for Mickey Mouse stuff like this. Highly recommend this place for deep cleanings and wisdom teeth surgery. I will personally go elsewhere if I ever need another graft.

I was referred here because I had a loose tooth that needed fixing, it's been 8 months and 4 appointments and nothing has gotten better. All theyve done is milk me for money. I'm being charged 65$ for pre pay because I missed an appointment, yet they tell you they will call and remind you about these appointments that are set out months in advance. So my problem isnt fixed and hadnt been, I've spent 4000$, and they dint even give you instructions for after care. Not happy and if I could switch dentists mid plan I'd leave in a heart beat. In regards to your response, no one called and I had a lengthy conversation with your front desk lady about how I'm not receiving the messages. She apologized for not calling me at the times she told me and I was rescheduled 2 months out. The only time you've been thorough with me, is the most recent time after I complained intensely. 1 star.
