I went for a teeth cleaning and it was one of the best experiences ever and I'm 71. It was a much needed deep clean. I don't get regular cleanings like I should because, all of my life, I've been disappointed with the results. I look forward to maintaining my schedule. My teeth look and feel great. The technician was amazing.

I had the best experience will definitely go back when I need to. I've had a horrible previous experience from another doctor. But Dr Bowers put me a so much ease!!! As well as her staff! They are wonderful!!!

From the people at the front desk, to the assistant and Dr. Blair, it was a wonderful experience! I don't remember most of it because I was sedated, LOL, but that makes it excellent because I didn't feel any pain. Gum laser surgery can be very painful and I didn't feel a thing. It has been one day after surgery and I had been hearing so much about how it would feel like it was burned, would only be able to drink liquids, etc. I look like I have my lips plumped and it is a little numb. Nothing else. Kudos to the staff!

Dr Bowers and her staff were excellent as usual. Extremely professional and accommodating. Dr Bowers took her time to explain things even though I was an add on to what looked to be an extremely busy day. I didn't feel rushed, she answered all my questions and made me feel confident in Our decisions.

My experience with Dr. Klaus and the PIC North staff was exceptional! I needed a gum graft surgery for a receding gum line and from consultation to post-op follow up, I couldn't be happier. Each person I met was friendly and caring and took the time to make me feel comfortable. They answered all of my questions before I even had to ask them. They also sent me home with a list of information to answer questions I may have after surgery. PLUS Dr. Klaus text me the next day to check up on me and said I could reach out to her anytime. The office was nice and clean and they filed my insurance documents so that I didn't have to worry about it. I fully trust Dr. Klaus and her staff and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a periodontist!

Very professional and caring staff. Dr Bowers did an excellent grafting job on my gums above my front teeth. The tissue is now pink, plump and healthy:) My dentist was also impressed!

Very helpful in understanding my dental needs. Dr. Klaus was very good at explaining what I needed. Appointments for dental care were quick and easy to make. During the procedure, she explained what she was doing at each step. She was very sensitive to my comfort and gentle in her touch, even though the work being done was extensive. I will definitely recommend her to my family and friends should the need arise!
