Periodontal Health Center is now led by Dr. Jessica Stilley, who is nationally recognized as the first board-certified periodontist in Pasco County and has been granted the status of Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology.

Dr. Jessica Stilley received her BS in Psychology and her DMD at the University of Florida. She then travelled north to The Ohio State University for her Masters of Science and Periodontal training. She joined the Periodontal Health Center in 2008 and has been helping patients keep their natural teeth and maintain optimal gum health since!
Dr. Stilley was the first Board-Certified Periodontist in Pasco County, and she prides herself on upholding those standards every day in private practice. Not only dedicated to the practice of periodontics, but also passionate about the profession of dentistry, Dr. Stilley has been involved in several dental organizations and has recently become a Florida Board of Dentistry Anesthesia Inspector.

Dr. Armita Mashkouri is a compassionate and caring dental specialist, dedicated to providing the best care for her patients. Dr. Mashkouri was born and raised in Orlando, FL, and after high school, she moved to Tampa to attend the University of South Florida. She graduated with dual degrees in both Biology and Gerontology!
Dr. Mashkouri attended Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, where she obtained her degree in Doctorate of Dental Medicine. During dental school, she developed a passion for periodontal therapy and was involved with the periodontics department in her spare time.
After graduating from dental school, Dr. Mashkouri attended Temple University in Philadelphia, PA for specialty training in Periodontology and Oral Implantology. During her three years in residency, she also earned a Masters in Oral Biology. Dr. Mashkouri received training in diagnosis and treatment of periodontal disease, soft and hard tissue grafting/augmentation, and placement of dental implants.
Furthermore, Dr. Mashkouri had the honor of being a guest speaker at the Northeast Implant Symposium held at NYU College of Dentistry. During her residency, she was involved in multiple organizations, study clubs, and was a mentor to dental students in the Periodontal Honors Society.
Dr. Mashkouri met her husband, Dr. Nima Iranmanesh, DMD, during dental school at Boston University. They finally moved back home to sunny and warm Florida and do not plan on moving back to the cold states of the Northeast.
Dr. Camille Medina is a compassionate and highly skilled dental specialist committed to serving the community of Florida. She is experienced and proficient in the diagnosis and treatment of periodontal disease; bone grafting procedures, dental implant placement, and a range of cosmetic and corrective periodontal procedures.
To further her expertise, Dr. Medina also completed a General Practice Residency at the Veterans Hospital in San Juan, PR, where she developed a strong interest in periodontics and dental implantology. Immediately upon graduating, she moved to Gainesville, Florida and completed 3 additional years of specialty training in Periodontics and Implantology at the University of Florida, where she earned a Masters Degree in Dental Sciences.
Dr. Medina has extensive training and certification in advanced sedation techniques; including intravenous conscious sedation and advanced care life support and is certified by the state of Florida to perform moderate conscious sedation. She has advanced training in facial dimensions and esthetics with neurotoxin modulators products, better known as Botox and facial fillers.
Attending national and international conferences in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry, Dr. Medina stays up to date with the latest technology. She volunteers within the community and abroad to help in disadvantaged areas.
In her free time, Dr. Medina enjoys working out, soaking up sun on the beach, participating in outdoor activities, and spending time with her husband Francisco as well as her friends and family here & in Puerto Rico.

Everyone was very accommodating and always making sure I was ok during the procedure. Even a nice, warm blanket! Post procedure instructions were clear. Great dentist, great staff. Been patient for years.

On October 25th I went in for my second cleaning for my periodontal disease issue at 1pm. Stephanie the desk attendant repeatedly apologized and said that never happens, and proceeded yo say she'd call back with an appointment. The date of October 31st at 2:45p was quickly found. October 31st, 2202, I called 24 hrs before my appointment explaining to them my financial situation, and that id really need an extension until 2 days after my procedure to pay the full amount of $600. I hate to complain about this place because the hygienist and actual dentist that worked on my mouth were so pleasant, and my dentist Asfaneah Dean recommended them but the way they handled me in this situation, which I do not find unreasonable, was very poor, immature, unkind and very disrespectful. They proceeded to say they couldn't take $100, and that I needed to wait till January 2023 if I didn't have 50% day of my procedure. I began to explain to Stephanie and Doris that, that was unacceptable even after being forgotten about on the 25th. At that time I didn't have the dilemma I have now and they weren't being reasonable. Stephanie the desk/office attendant hung up after shouting we didn't forget your appointment. Therefore also calling me a liar. If these dental hygienist were at another office I'd see them in a heartbeat. That's how sweet she was, but unfortunately Periodontal New Port Richey gained a zero star review from me, and no longer a satisfied paying customer. if I could give them less than 1 star I would but 1 star will suffice. They way they made me feel less than and not qualifiable for their care because I asked for an extension on my bill after paying $100 of that bill day of was unheard of. I wouldn't waste your money here!

Today was the second procedure I had done at the Periodontal Health Center. Both times Dr. Medina and her entire staff were very friendly, sociable, knowledgeable and caring. I would definitely recommend this office for any dental needs that may arise.

I don't like any type of Dental work. I went to see Dr Stilley. She was kind, truly sincere, caring, took her time explaining everything that needed to be done. And allowed me to take my time to think about what was the best scenario for my mouth. A true Periodontal Center, in NPR Florida. I have had a lot of dental work done in my life, Dr Stilley is definitely a 5 star. Thank you for setting my mind at ease and making me feel better about my situation in my mouth.

Dr. Stilley is an excellent periodontist, who has great skill and has a very empathetic manner to her patients . Maria , who is my hygienist, is great and very gentle. The office staff runs everything smoothly and keeps their patients up to date and well informed. Since I have to go to a periodontist, I am lucky to be going to this office.
