I am so very thankful that I made an appointment here a few months ago, I had the first step of my process done today and Tonya and Dr. Diaz are both so sweet and helpful!! They told me every step that was being done and made sure I was okay the whole time. I'm looking forward to the end result when I have a healthy smile!

I just visited Periodontal Associates this morning for my second implant procedure with Dr. Anderson. Just the best 5 * experience visiting a specialist for this type of procedure around. From the minute walking in and being greeted by the front desk, to being taken care of by Dr. Anderson and his Dental Hygenist, Tiara, I knew I was in the best hands in Lynchburg for this treatment. Periodontal Associates will always be my choice for this type of dental care.

I had more work done by Dr. Diaz this morning, for an implant. As always, I appreciate her excellent work and happy bearing. And I'd be remiss if I did not mention Tonya, Dr. Diaz's excellent assistant. they work very well together and on me. Thank you!

I like this place and their team so much that I requested to have my regular cleanings here! They are typically prompt to call me back. Once, I had to wait for some time and we all had a mix up of what the appointment was for, and they apologized by giving me a free coffee mug. They really go above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied and happy. The office is clean and just has a great vibe to it. Dr. Diaz performed a gum graft surgery for me in 2021. While it was an unpleasant procedure in general, they made sure I was comfortable and kept me informed the whole time. Dr. Diaz did an excellent job with the surgery. Any time I had an issue or question after the procedure, they had me come in and saw me right away. Amber, my usual hygienist, is kind, efficient, and gentle. As well as the other hygienists that have worked with me. I really can't say enough good things about this team. I am grateful for them!

I had a gum graft done here yesterday. There is absolutely nothing fun about this procedure. However, Dr. Anderson and Surgical Assistant Ashley were great and made the procedure as bearable as possible. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the receptionist at the end could have been much nicer.

My experience was excellent. I had been dealing with a painful tooth for 3-4 days. The team removed the ailing tooth and prepared the site for a future implant. So, far things are going well as I am recovering from this oral surgery. Sad to lose the tooth, but glad this practice was so willing to work me into their schedule when I was in such discomfort from the malady. Very little if any discomfort during procedure. Very kind treatment by all.

I'm be been coming to Periodontal Health Associates for over a year now and my experience has been the best thus far. I really love how patient they have been with me. Ensuring that I received the best service possible. I was initially nervous about my dental work process but Dr. Diaz assured that the process will go well and it did. With her gentleness, kindness, patience's and caring spirit/demeanor and I would recommend to anyone who may had previous bad experiences, someone who may feel a bit anxious about the process and people who just wants to have an amazing dental experience. Thank you!

Dr. Anderson and staff are wonderful. I am an existing patient and was having a painful tooth problem on the upcoming holiday weekend. I called at 8:30 am and they had me in that afternoon. His staff fit me in so I would not be suffering all weekend which I am thankful for! As always, he does a wonderful job explaining everything and welcomes questions. His staff is always very friendly!
