Yesterday was my first visit. Dr. Reef and all of the staff were very welcoming and kind. I was a little nervous, not knowing what to expect - I was immediately put at ease. Everyone I dealt with was wonderful. I can't think of a time when I have been in any type of office where everyone I came in contact was so pleasant.

The office staff is so nice and helpful! The dentist is really kind and smart. The hygienist was super smart, personable, and friendly. I got all my questions answered. I also like how transparent they are with billing. Great office!

Chistina is always very detailed in my cleanings. Dr. V and/or Dr. Reef follow-up to assure my questions are answered. All the staff are kind from the time you get there to final checkout. A great team at PAL!

Dr. Villanueva and Brooke made my son's visit so smooth. They helped to eliminate his anxiety and were fabulous at answering questions for both of us and ensuring we had everything we needed before we left. Thank you for taking such good care of my kiddo!

Absolutely top tier service! I cannot remember her name, but she was very conversant, and very engaged. I felt a very personal connection, rather than being a number. Additionally, the doctor, Dr. Villanueva was super cool, and extremely personable. We joked and laughed, just a great time (yes, at the dentist). Even the front desk staff, we joked and chatted which made the entire experience just that, a pleasant experience! Job well done - cheers all around!

I have been going to Periodontal Associates of Lafayette for nearly 17 years now. They literally reversed my gum disease when it appeared I may have waited too long to get the necessary treatment. The office is squeaky clean and beautifully decorated and refreshed every few years. The staff has become like family; always super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. You would be hard-pressed to find a better team than this.
