I had an appointment for full mouth extraction on August 15th 2022 for 8:15. Because of my ride situation I was 45 minutes late. I called to let them know about it and they said ok they'll let Dr Streem know. I finally arrived at 9:00 and they all greeted me with happiness. Dr Streem took me right away which I was fine with that. Dr Streem and his assistant Diane were amazing at doing their parts in performing the surgery and cleaning my mouth out and they didn't knock me out either. They were very pleased that I handled it extremely well. When it was all done Diane cleaned my teeth because I wanted to save them. I saw them and I almost cried and she was there to comfort and reassure me it's over now. No more infected teeth I was walking death in my mind and I listened to everything she instructed me to do. The entire staff was great but Dr Streem, Diane, and that pancake saved my life. 10

Dr Streem is amazing. I was super nervous and both him and his assistant (the entire office essentially) were great, they put me at ease with great personalities and sense of humors, very understanding and spoke to you as a human! They were NOT judgmental in any way, actually very informative and encouraging. Beyond 5+ stars!! Remember when reading these reviews typically if there is a fee people are not happy! You get what you pay for and they are great!!

Dr Streem is amazing. I was super nervous and both him and his assistant (the entire office essentially) were great, they put me at ease with great personalities and sense of humors, very understanding and spoke to you as a human! The work done is PERFECTION however Dr. Streem was HIGHLY RUDE! He talked under his breath to his helper"Boy she sure doesn't open her mouth very wide does she". I explained that I opened it as wide as I could and he laughed about it. I apologized for the second time BEFORE he was nice. Highly UNPROFESSIONAL & UNCALLED FOR!

10/10 Would recommend Dr. DeFina. When I came in for my gum grafting, I have to admit I was so nervous. Dr. DeFina was cool as a cucumber and assured me it would all be totally fine! And it was! The procedure was painless and easy! During my recovery when my stitches came open (to my own fault), Dr. Defina met us at the office IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT and took care of me. This experience will not be remembered by the minor complication I had, but by Dr. DeFina's readiness to help and fix it. He did not make me feel bad at all! He was so kind and compassionate! Thank you Dr. DeFina!

I have never had a more awful experience with medical staff. First, the office has a one-week out cancelation policy. The day prior to my appointment I received a reminder call and let the staff member know I was feeling ill and wanted to reschedule. She told me this would not be possible, ensured me it was likely nerves and I would be fine to come in. Overnight, my illness progressed and I later learned I needed an appendectomy. In the morning, I called the office and explained I could not even get out of bed. The office assistant put me on hold then put the doctor on the phone without preface. After trying to ensure me I could make it (without even knowing my condition) the doctor berated me for not calling sooner ("we have a voicemail you know"), for wasting his precious time and telling me how important he is, and that I was unworthy of scheduling his time again. Hours later I was in emergency surgery for the illness this man tried to ensure me I did not have. Months later I was sent a steep late cancel fee. As a medical professional, you take an oath to do no harm and Dr. Hess has clearly lost sight of this. He berated me for minutes, refusing to let up on his attack until I abruptly hung up recognizing I did not have to put up with his inappropriate demeanor. The lack of professionalism by two members of the front office staff and this doctor do not even deserve the 1-star I am required to provide. If you seek empathy, support, and understanding in a medical professional you should avoid this office at all cost.

My experience with Periodontal Associates from start to end has been amazing!! Dr. Davis is amazing and truly is an awesome caregiver. I would recommend these guys to anyone in need of their services. I had a last min appointment I'm 34 weeks pregnant and was so worried, the way the staff treated and cared for me is like no other. Thank you soooooo much!!!

Dr. Hess is the BEST oral surgeon I have ever been too, if your looking for the PERFECT oral surgeon this is the office you should visit and I am serious. I wish I could give you 10 stars !!

The staff is always professional and caring. I am a patient that has a great fear of dentists. I was comforted and reassured through every procedure. I am very grateful for the patience and understanding that is displayed with every visit. I can smile again. Thank you for restoring my faith in dentistry.

Dr. Streem is simply the best. I did a lot of research before selecting a periodontist for my treatment and picking Dr. Streem was the best decision I could have made. The work he does is always excellent quality. I've trusted him with gum grafts on all four quadrants and an implant and I haven't had any issues. My mouth looks and feels better than ever. His assistant Tara is always by his side for my appointments as well and she is always able to provide a good laugh. They are an amazing team and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Streem did my implant a few years ago and was the best dental care provider I've ever had. I wish he were a general dentist so my family could see him for our regular care! He explained everything in great detail and put my mind at ease about the procedure. His assistant, Tarra, is excellent as well, and the office is efficient, clean, and friendly. When the dental school at Case Western said I needed six gum grafts, I returned to Dr. Streem for a second opinion and he gave a much more conservative treatment plan. Glad I went to a pro and saved myself the discomfort of unnecessary treatment!
