At Perio Implant Centers of Maryland Dr. Nadarajah offers periodontal disease diagnosis and appropriate conservative treatments for his patients. He also offers dental implants treatments as well as treatment for Peri-Implantitis (failing dental implants).
Dr. Nadarajah is extremely caring and kind in mannerand is qualified to handle your delicate periodontal procedure with confidence and skill. Dr.Nadarajah is a Periodontist who maintains the highest levels of accreditation and pursues ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest trends in Periodontics and dental Implantology.
His practice concentrates on the conservative treatment of gum disease including specialized interest in soft tissue reconstructive plastic surgery to enhance your smile and dental implants that can replace one or all of your missing teeth. His practice also concentrates on treating patients who have periodontal (gum) disease which may be a contributing factor to diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, arthritis and osteoporosis. He uses the latest technology and science to regrow bone (regeneration) in the jaws where bone loss was caused by infection from gum disease, loss of teeth, or injury. He is looking forward to building a happy, long-term relationship with his patients and their families, as well as his medical and dental colleagues in Maryland.
Implantology at University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore. He completed his Periodontics literature review training at Department of Periodontics Dental Division at the Naval Hospital Tri-Service Medical School in Bethesda, Maryland. In 1999, Dr. Nadarajah received his Periodontology Residency Postgraduate Certificate from University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore.
Dr. Nadarajah is an Assistant Clinical Professor and member of the Deans Faculty at the University of Maryland Dental School, Post-Graduate Periodontics Department, where he actively trains the residents in treating different types of periodontal diseases and dental implant treatments.

Dr. Nadarajah and Jessica were very friendly and helpful during all of my visits. I had to get a frenectomy and gum graft, and both went well without any issues. All of Dr. Nadarajah's instructions pre- and post-op were clear and easy to follow. I highly recommend Dr. Nadarajah to anyone in need of periodontal work.

This review comes from Fran who was referred to Dr Nadarajah by a neighbor who highly recommended him to me. I had to have an upper tooth pulled, a biopsy taken of the abscess and a major lower gum biopsy taken over a period of several months. During this time, Dr N made sure that everything was done to rule out any other possible issues. He and his staff, Nadine and Diane are gentle, caring people and Dr N is very thorough and experienced and did a wonderful job.

I had a front gum graft procedure done. Dr. Nadarajah and his team were very informative and Dr. Nadarajah has a great bedside manner. They explained everything to me prior to having this procedure done and answered all the questions I had. He calmed all my fears. Also, I was very impressed with Dr. Nadarajah for calling me on a Saturday afternoon to see how I was doing the day after my mouth surgery. The office staff is very friendly and called the day before to remind me about my appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Nadarajah and his staff to my family and friends.

I had a great experience with Dr. Nadarajah and his team, Nadine & Diane. They always kept me up to date with my procedures, and worked with chaotic schedule to make sure I received the care I needed., Dr. Nadarajah always called a day or two post-op to check on me and see how I was recovering. He answered my questions thoroughly, and during my procedures, they always made sure I was all numbed up and comfortable. I was always very nervous pre-procedure, but they numbed me up so well each time that I would almost fall asleep in the chair. They are very generous and good people. I highly recommend Dr. Nadarajah and his team. If I ever need implants again in the future, I will make sure to come back.

I was referred to Dr. Nadarajah to have a tooth pulled and an implant installed. Dr. Nadarajah and his staff Diane and Nadine were outstanding. They made me feel so comfortable that I actually fell asleep in the chair during a 3 hour procedure. Dr. Nadarajah was very thorough to detail during the procedure and called the next day to see how I I was feeling. I called him after I had a reaction from the mouth wash and he met me at his office on Saturday to address the issue.Every time I went to the office for a follow up appointment I was treated as a friend instead of a patient that was being rushed out to get to the next patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Nadarajh and his staff to my famly and friends.

Dr. Nadarajah has to be one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He is professional, caring, and empathetic. His work is excellent and he is a highly skilled professional. He ensures that all of his patients are comfortable. He explains the treatment plan explicitly and takes the time to answer all questions in detail. Nadine and his office assistant are wonderful and caring people as well. I highly recommend this office. The best periodontist in Maryland! I recently had a very infected tooth that had fractured at the root and needed to be removed. My dentist recommended that I see an oral surgeon to have the tooth removed. Unfortunately all oral surgeons in the state are booked out for an entire month! My body was getting weaker and I was becoming very sick. Dr. Nadarajah got me in within a day to remove my tooth and the infection. I believe if he had not seen me I was headed for the hospital as the infection was severe. He had my tooth out very quickly and efficiently. I cannot say enough good things about him and his office staff. They are caring, compassionate and explain everything in great detail. For anyone in the same boat that I was call him! He can help you! I have recently recommended him to my regular dentist as well as the frustrating wait for an oral surgeon is crazy and can be life threatening. He is definitely very responsive and caring and an extremely capable, skilled and wonderful doctor.

My mother, Janet went to Dr. Nadarajah for gum grafting. He was straight forward and honest with the results that would be achieved after the procedure. The procedure itself was painless and she even received a call the next day to ensure that she was feeling okay. His staff is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend him.

My gums have always been sensitive but his gentle hand made my procedures absolutely as painless as possible, both during the procedure and post-op. I've been seeing Dr. Nadarajah for almost 20 years. I first met him at another dentist's office before he set up his own practice. Dr Nadarajah has a great bedside manner and he doesn't try to sugar coat your condition. He lets you know what he is doing and why he is doing it, and usually what is the best path for your condition. His staff extremely courteous and helpful always. I've had periodontal issues for quite a few years, and with Dr. Nadarajah's help, I've been able to maintain my issues at a stable level. I wish highly recommend Dr. Nadarajah to anybody that needs perio implants or any type of periodontal issues.

Dr. Nadarajah, Nadine, and the rest of the staff are amazing! I was so nervous for my procedure, but they took care of me and provided the best care I could ask for.
