Dr. Zak earned his DDS from the University at Buffalo and completed his advanced training in general dentistry at Rochester General Hospital. After his tenure as clinical instructor at RGH and private practice in Newark, he joined Perinton Dental Group in 2008. Dr. Zak is dedicated to providing the best care for his patients, and actively pursues every opportunity to further his knowledge of dentistry.
A graduate of University at Buffalos School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Yurovskiy spent her post-residency time in practice in Canandaigua and at Hill Haven nursing home in Webster as well as teaching at Rochester General. She joined Perinton Dental Group in 2010. Dr. Y continues to stay abreast of the industrys latest improvements to provide her patients with the best care available.
A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania school of Dental Medicine, Dr. Vitagliano joined Perinton Dental Group in 1995. As an active member of many professional associations, she is a clinical instructor at Rochester General Hospital, is committed to life-long learning and continually pursues the most up-to-date skills and technologies to ensure her patients are getting the best care possible.
Dr. Adler graduated from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 2012. After completing his General Practice Residency the following year at the University of Rochester, he practiced part time in the Rochester area and surrounding small towns. He joined Perinton Dental Group in 2017 and is dedicated to continue his dental education as he strives to treat each patient he sees with the highest quality of care. He prides himself on taking the time to educate his patients about their dental conditions.
Dr. Geminiani is board-certified, holding the prestigious title of Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. Dr. Geminiani received his D.D.S. degree from the University of Siena (Italy) in 2004, summa cum laude. He then pursued a Master of Science in Fixed Prosthodontics and Prosthetic Dental Materials in 2006 with highest honors. Dr. Geminiani also completed 2 certificates and a Master of Science in Clinical Investigation degree at Eastman Dental Center. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.

Exceptional care from start to finish. Friendly and kind staff, and Dr. Zak is hands down the best dentist I've ever been to. I have some extreme and complicated dental issues, and Dr. Zak handled them with ease. REALLY glad I found this place!

I have been going to this practice for many, many years. The staff and doctors have all been wonderful! Some of my favs have retired over the years, and they have hired staff just as great as who they replaced! Today, my hygienist, Michelle was fantastic! Her bedside personality was wonderful, and her updated method of cleaning made me feel like I had a very thorough experience! It was also great to see Dr Zak again, as well as Suzanne, Cheryl, and the rest of the staff! Thanks Perinton Dental for being an important practice to my family for so many years!

Dr. Y is absolutely amazing! I've been one of her patients for the past 15+ years - I started seeing her at her practice in Canandaigua, NY and then I transferred to Perinton Dental when I moved to Webster, NY. Now, I'm in Buffalo, NY and I still go to her - I don't trust anyone else! I briefly had to see another dentist when I was in college years ago due to a change in my dental insurance. The dentist that I switched to told me I had to get a ton of work done to my teeth which was shocking to me. When I went back to see Dr. Y, I remember telling her and she told me that wasn't the case. So, to reiterate, I don't trust anyone else with my teeth. Also, Dr. Y and Dr. Zak's staff are all incredibly friendly, charismatic individuals and everyone works well together and seem to enjoy themselves at work. It almost makes taking a trip to the dentist enjoyable!

I had my first appointment today at Perinton Dental Group. This place far exceeded my expectations and the many positive reviews on Nextdoor were spot on! If you have a fear of dentists come to this practice. They could not of been more "down to earth" and friendly staff that really listens. Dr. Adler was amazing. The thorough exam that he performed was like no other. I felt like they take great concern will all patients and I like what I saw as far as office cleanliness and respectful precautions. The dental assistant and hygienist were the awesome ! I appreciate this dental practice and did not think that they existed anymore.... they do!

This is a great dental practice and worth the drive. I used to work nearby but now have to drive 24 miles to get there, but it is worth it! Love my hygienist and all the docs are great!

The office staff is warm, kind courteous. They are always willing to answer questions regarding the visit billing and future appointment. The dental assistant are very knowledgeable and make you feel at ease before and after appointments Dr Y is amazing!!! She has the unique capability to make you feel comfortable and that you are the most important person. Dr Y's provides her patients with the best care!!! She puts her patients above all. Her skills are amazing! I highly recommend this practice.

I made a tooth extraction appointment, to find out that the group has no surgeons available and I was charged for $133 limited oral evaluation and pariapical radiographic image, which I had to do it all over again at another DDS and charged again for it. I wish they could've just told me they don't have surgeons before doing anything, so I could've saved time and money
