Highly recommend this office, Dr Jones is fantastic. They have always respected my time and communicated clearly what is going on with my children. I appreciate the crew and how they have cared for my three boys.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Wow, where did all of the old reviews go? This place is not a good place to take your children. I was not able to go in the back with my toddlers for a cleaning and a re-examination of cavities. When the appt. was over I was told if I did not schedule appts. for their cavities I could not come back. NO Dentist came out to explain what was found in the xrays, I was told it was worse than the last time we came. I ended up asking to see the xrays and a Hygenist took me into a room to show me "cavaties" on a computer, who knows if they were even for my kids. I still went ahead and paid for the services to take place the next day. I had a bad feeling about how the visit went so I went to look at reviews, which were mind blowing and scary. Mind you I have been to this practice before, but this time was not the same experience I had in the past. I could barely sleep thinking about the procedures that needed to get done for the kids athe next day , I woke up and canceled the appointments and asked for my money back, still waiting. ANYWAY, Today I went a real professional Pediatrics Dentist office and I was told that my son only has 1 cavity, while this pratice told me he had 3 or 4. Please do not go here. Communication is terrible and they do not care about you or your children.

I was told today that this Perimeter Pediatric (Johnson Ferry location ) office does not allow parents to accompany their minor children for their dental treatment. I shared that my children do not have medical/dental treatment without a parent present. This is the only dentist office my children (7 and 9) have ever been to and I have always accompanied them into their appointment. I was questioned about their schooling by Dasia who thought it was appropriate to question me to determine where they went unattended. Clearly additional training on professional comportment is needed. I informed her that I saw where she was attempting to go with her line of questioning but as it relates to my children's medical or dental care they are minors and should have the adult responsible for them present with them at those times. Given that we were here earlier this year, I asked Dasia when they started this policy that children over the age of three needed to see the dental hygienist and dentist without a parent present and Dasia told me that this has been their policy for over a year. Perplexing this was as I've never had an issue accompanying my children for their dental treatments including this year 2022. Unfortunately, this office also does not maintain enough regularity where a parent knows which dentist their child may see on a given visit, hence an even greater need for a parent to be with the minor children. I saw the other reviews about disparaging comments being made about a child's parent and a child being told to tell the parent he had an infection both raised a red flag, but I primarily wondered why the parent wasn't present. Now I see why. The office has signs about parents not being allowed to leave the premises and no violence being tolerated -- a clear indication that they're having 'issues' at this location with parent who prefer dropping their children off and leaving (I also asked front desk staff as those signs were not present on the doors and windows earlier this year). I clarified that my asking questions was not a violation on their violence policy , and was told that raising questions was not violent nor a violation of their policy. So as a parent who believes in being present for her minor children in any medical context, who obviously has never left and has never prior to today had a problem at this location, the signs are clear it's time to get a new primary/main pediatric dentist. I thanked the young lady for giving me the final verdict (supposedly determined by someone in management) that I could not accompany my minor children to see the 'unknown' dentist and declined any further information or documents. My children and I left without further comment. The other reviews are very telling and I hope the owners and management of this and other Perimeter Pediatric locations take these concerns and issues seriously. It won't benefit my children, but it may help other children/families.

Just terrible service. They don't answer the phone. Only open TWO DAYS A WEEK. They take FOREVER to actually see your child. Their follow up skills are lacking. You cannot accompany your children during their cleaning which seems odd. And when you submit a release to them, to send your child's records to another dentistry they jerk you around and do not send over the needed documents even well after the anticipated 72 business hour waiting period. I am glad after years of dealing with this dentistry that we have changed providers. Was a much better experience than we have ever had at this place. I want to mention, the service and hours of operation here prior to Covid were great. It's as of the last two years that service has drastically dropped.

I do not recommend this to any parent, when you can't go back to see your 4 year old child have a procedure done, when they won't let you go back and see a child teeth clean, something is wrong. In todays perverse world why would ant Dr be ok with this. My child last time will be today. There is something not right about this place. Don't allow your child to be the abused.

One of the worst establishments to visit or even work for mainly because it's ran by the most un honest group of individuals I know . They are barley in the office to over see anything . .. They don't value anything but the money you can bring them . So why would you trust your child with anything that has to do with this company . The billing department Will lie to you for numerous reasons . Withhold information only because there is a disagreement . Talk bad about employees and treat them as nothing more than a body , don't get me wrong the Drs that work for them are AMAZING however when the head of the company and the people in higher position are so wicked they can only do so much .I could go on and on about the rude and disrespectful values this company is ok with . I hate to be the one to rant like this .. but I figured everyone should get my honest Google review on this company .

This provider has completely went down hill since COVID hit. When I tried to get my sons teeth cleaned during COVID they started requiring $50 deposit to make an appointment regardless if you had insurance. I paid it to maintain my sons cleaning and had to call several times to get the deposit back. Then after COVID, the hours are so short it does not make sense. I got a reminder email for my son's cleaning, when I sent a contact email notification they called to say they only have Tuesday's and Thursday's available from 10am-4pm. The only reason I started using this group was because they offered weekends/early and late hours. I work full time and I don't find it convenient to take 2 hours of the middle of my day to get my son's cleaning.

Extremely unprofessional. Child was scared to get his teeth pulled after talking to him calming him down we (his parents) were able to get him to comply. After it was done my child went on tell us of the derogatory things said about his mom and her decision to tell him he was getting his teeth pulled ahead of time. Even if this is how they felt it should have never been discussed in front of my child. Extremely disappointed.....

My experience has been that Perimeter Pediatric Dentistry is a "factory" that makes healthcare decisions based on their bottom line. My suggestion is that you seek someone else who makes ethical healthcare decisions and cares about the health of your children.

Everyone has different experiences and I respect that. For me, I have been coming to this practice for quite some time. My kids love it here. As with any small business, there are growing pains and this office had some bumps in the road. I like to give second chances and I am glad that I gave them that opportunity. We forget sometimes that we are all human and treating people kind is not always the first thing we think about when something is not quite right or going "our way". Whatever issues you encounter remember there's always a solution, it's just a matter of if you actually want to fix it. I hope others can have good experiences as my kids and I have had here.

We have been going here for years and it has continued to decline. This is a pediatric dental factory with a primary core value of pushing kids through and making money, not taking care of patients. My children have begged me for years to switch practices and their wish is coming true.
