We were repeatedly lied to about Dr Anderson being in network, apparently most of the Dentists are but he is not. We asked before each booking and before each appointment if he was in network so we wouldn't get surprise bills. Well surprise! After having a substantial amount of work done in a short time, we received our bills to find out none of it was in-network, meaning less than 1/2 of the work was covered. Trying to work something out with billing was futile and frustrating. Most calls weren't answered and messages were not returned. Spoke with one rep who again claimed he was in network and after I called insurance and they confirmed he's been out of network for multiple years was the told they would escalate to a manager. No calls back despite leaving more messages. More calls, messages and in person visit led to more of a run around. They dragged out the time while sending letters saying they were going to send us to collections forcing us to pay with still no assistance or even an apology. Totally ridiculous! Wish I'd checked this better business bureau rating before going here. Run don't walk!

This office never answers their phone. I've tried calling at least 10 times over the past 1-2 weeks to schedule an appt with no answer. I have even left messages that have been ignored. Feels like a joke

I just wanted to get my teeth cleaned. I got quoted over $1,000 per SIDE of my mouth to get a deep clean. They said I needed to see a periodontist. Do not go to this location unless you want to get ripped off. They tried charging me multiple times- I refused to pay because I knew that insurance would cover it. What do you know, insurance covered it. I ended up going to a completely different dentist and they said I do not need a deep clean or to see a periodontist. Don't let them rip you off they don't care about your oral hygiene they just care about your $

I would like to start off by saying this is my second review. My last review was pretty negative. I reacted instead of being patient. So I wanted to re write my review. I was not happy with the placement of my crown it was uncomfortable. But Dr. Anderson worked with me to figure out a better solution and a more comfortable happier result. I am now about 3 months in with this new crown and have not been happier. The crown fits right in and is completely comfortable. I even forget sometimes that it's an implant. I just wanted to say the staff did a good job working with me.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming at this location. My teeth cleaning and exam were done thoroughly. This location is farther from me but I would go back due to how great the visit went.

This place the worst!! I have been a perfect teeth customer for over 10 years. I am moving dentists. Unorganized and rude front staff. Hygienist is nice though.

Had my wisdom teeth removed. The doctor is very skilled and the aftermath is so easy, I believe it's because the doctor did not touch anywhere else during the procedure except for the careful extraction of my teeth. The pain on the first day was very minimum and I didn't not even consider the use of Tylenol/Ibuprofen. Bleeding completely stopped 4-5 hours after the procedure. Very satisfactory experience, no pain!

Look, its one star primarily because of billing. I finally paid the $27.89 they have been chasing me to pay for about 2 years or more now. I did that for a reason. The work we had done here was at $1,000 out of pocket, I guess they went back and forward with Insurance over this $27.89 that was left as another amount they wanted me to pay. I figure I have cost them plenty of time and effort, way more than $27.89. I have never had an issue elsewhere, they call the insurance, do some working out and charge exactly what I am told they will. This place however will chase you to the ends of the world for their $27.89...with no explaining as to why they did not work it out right or anything like that. Billing transparency is required ASAP for companies just like this one.

The entire experience was rough. Xray machine was broke so the lady doing my X-rays had to wait for someone to pass by to help her snap the shots. They start my cleaning and pause the cleaning halfway to have my exam done. And then a different person came in to finish my cleaning not knowing where the previous person left off so had to start over. Fast forward to receiving my first bill. I was charged $16 for PPE. I call to check on this and to pay my bill over the phone and was told I was accidentally charged twice. She took my payment for one charge and said she would remove the other. I have talked with them 4-5 different times because I keep getting bills saying I'm 30-60-90 days over on my bill. Every single time I call they say they will take care of it but can never provide written statement of such! Still dealing with it!

The rudest most unprofessional staff works here. When you go in, most of the time you have to call their front desk to get anyone to come up and check you in. Second they have about 2 people working at a time making your wait time 1/2 an hour or more! Dr. Delima has always been rude, also gave me 2 failed gum grafts, which i was awake for. worst pain of my life. I wouldn't ever recommend this place.

Highly Recommend. Originally came here for a second opinion, ended up staying because of how kind and thorough everyone at this office is. Dr. Anderson is top-notch, very informative and courteous when explaining procedures to his patients. The office is also super flexible with their scheduling, even being able to squeeze me in same-day for a minor adjustment to a filling that was set a hair too high. In and out in less then 20 minutes in the middle of the afternoon.

Horrible experience! Before I wrote this I was reading some past reviews and it seems like there has been a lot of negative comments regarding the staff and billing. I wish I had read these reviews before I went in. I have experienced the same like others. Staff has been rude and not attentive when returning phone calls and/or emails. I had a staff member make a payment arrangement with me and I even made sure TWICE with that staff member that I was okay making payments and it wouldn't be sent off to collections and she said I am okay, it won't be sent as long as I'm making payments. Well, I went in one day to make a payment and they tell me it was sent. Like what? I was told something different. And, how come I wasn't notified? The staff member told me that "policy changed overnight, no warring and because COVID has calmed down it went back to there normal policy." So they disregarded the payment agreement that they had made with me and sent it off to collections without even telling me. They could have at least called and told me to pay my balance or they will send it. And, on top of that my bill was raised $1200. Now, this will permanently be on my credit and cause me problems in the future. Like common, I'm a student, working two jobs with student loans, I already pulled out a CareCredit card to help me pay for some of this. Now, they go and do this, while I was making payments. All in the middle of a pandemic? Seriously? Also, after telling them just about every time I went in they had an incorrect address on file it was never fixed. So, if I was sent something, I never received it. I am still waiting for a response back from the office on this situation. I thought I was going to love this dental office because I had so many people referred me but I would NOT recommend Perfect Teeth to anyone (at least not this location). Don't get me wrong, Dr. Anderson done an amazing job on my teeth. It's just a shame that he's at this location. The problem at this office is the staff and their lack of communication. Very disappointed.
