The customer service was great and we were happy to find a dentist who was honest and friendly upfront and this is what is deceiving about this office. They will lie to you about services charged and expected from insurance. My family and me always pay upfront. I had only one small cavity on the side. They billed the insurance company for 2 cavities. My wife never had an appointment on January 18th. Yet their are charges appearing for that day. Our appointments were in January and they would not perform service until I pre payed. They told me they checked with insurance before our services..I just received a bill for another $532 in July. These are fraudulent charges. We then started receiving bills in the mail. I called numerous times and asked for my x-rays and Dr's records to show a independent party but they have refused to release my records to me. Two weeks ago I called to try and resolve this based off the information I was given. Not only was I treated like a two year old and hung up on. Their billing lady accused me of just trying to get out of paying my bills. I have already pre-payed approximately $1100.00 upfront in January. Dr himself told me and my wife that it would cost us that much and gave us a breakdown of each procedure. I am disputing charges with the insurance company. And if necessary with State of Colorado who issues license for practice.

Just had another visit to clean my teeth yesterday. This is still the best dental office! Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Brittany is the best hygienist I've ever been to and the new dentist, Dr. Ferng is also great. Can't say enough positive things about this dental practice. I started going to Perfect Teeth years ago because I didn't have dental insurance, and their discount plan seemed pretty decent. I lucked out and found an amazing dental office. Dr. Madlang is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to! He has never caused me any pain, and I have needed quite a bit of work over the years with fillings, crowns, root canals, etc. I can say the same for their hygienist, Brittany, as well. She does a great job of cleaning my teeth without hurting me. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience at this office and highly recommend them!
