Haven't been to the dentist in 3 years. Changed states and need some work. LOVE the staff snd Doctor. Talked to me like they cared. Explained everything about my extractions and what to do. So far, thrilled with my choice of Perfect Teeth.

Embarrassingly enough, I hadn't been to the dentist in years. I had my first appointment for X-rays and cleanings, then a few more appointments for fillings for cavities. I absolutely love all the staff here. They give great feedback on what needs to be done to your teeth, and the front desk has also been super helpful with my needs. 5 stars for me to give to them for sure. This will be my new go to dentist and recommendation.

This place is f'n joke!! My husband has been waiting 9 months to finish his veneer process!! He has been rescheduled countless times, missed work and on top of that every temporary set they have given him has been so poorly made it has broke numerous times! He has requested to speak to a supervisor multiple times to no avail. Don't waste your time or money here.

Very bad experience at the location in Surprise. The location randomly opens, lacks employees, rarely answer or return calls when a message is left to the staff. The service has been taking over 8 months to be provided and still not completed. The staff blames the lab or other providers for the delay or non-completion of the service. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Worst experience ever, taking to much time and blaming one another, the place is always close because of lack of employees, they never pick up the phone for sure Do not Waste your time and money, Just bad service and bad experience. I wish if there was below one star

Had an appointment at 5pm for just a cleaning. I sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes before someone acknowledged I was there. I was then told that somone would be up in a couple minutes. 10 minutes goes by, someone in scrubs comes out from the back looks at me turns around and goes back into the back area. After waiting 30 minutes I got up and left. They then try to call me, I have to call back 3 times to get someone to answer. I just got the feeling they didn't want me there so I will take my business elsewhere, I recommend you do the same.

First time going there, due to an unexpected tooth problem, they were able to fit me in quickly. The staffing is nice and they are upfront with their pricing and treatment plans. I will return and recommend the visit or switch from your old practice.

Always Friendly, courteous and They take Excellent Care of me Every Time. 5-19-2022. Update-They change Dentists far too often. Had problems with the last 2 crowns done there so I had to move on to another Dental service 2 years ago.

I give Perfect Teeth Staff a 10+. The assistants and both Doctors were very attentive and helpful. Derrick and Tara are very knowledgeable and always welcome us with a warm smile. Dr Wallin did a bone graft and I had no issues at all with healing and everything was explained in detail prior to the procedure. Dr Jelena smoothed a tooth that was bothering me and I didn't even have an appointment to see her. I strongly recommend this office. You'll be in good hands

They are just the kindest people ever. I panic over dental apts and I have never felt safer or more cared for. I saw Jelena and she was just awesome. Really, everyone is. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Wow. Best cleaning by Renee EVER in my life! The dentist was very good and gave me a comprehensive exam, including several options that I had not received other places. Great experience.
