I will start by stating that the staff working in the Golden CO location are extremely kind and pleasant. That said, I have had an ongoing and absolutely awful experience with Perfect Teeth due to 2 major issues. Please do your research about Perfect Teeth as a company - they are a massive chain with absolutely no corporate structure or accountability.. yet all billing rolls up to corporate, whom are apparently completely unreachable. Perfect Teeth has been reported to the BBB and it is clear now why that is... 1st issue - Beginning with what should have been a routine cavity filling - I began experiencing tooth pain about a week after the cavity so returned to have it checked out. I was told it was likely due to misalignment so Dr Matz attempted to file down a few spots where it looked like my bite may have been altered incorrectly. Unfortunately the pain returned the next day. I went through this process THREE TIMES, each time with the pain returning.. until I gave up and went elsewhere for a 2nd opinion. The new (more experienced) Dentist advised me immediately that from the xrays it was clear my root had been exposed during the previous cavity and no amount of filing would fix it - unfortunately I needed a root canal after a full month of ongoing pain and back and forth with Dr Matz. 2nd issue - I had Dr Matz and Perfect Teeth fit me for a new night guard. When I received the night guard, it was massively bulky and uncomfortable - compared to the previous one I had. It was extremely poor quality and similar to a cheap one I had attempted myself from a DIY kit at Walgreens.. yet I paid $400 out of pocket for it. After multiple attempts of Dr Matz filing the night guard down - which only made it worse and more jagged and uncomfortable in my mouth - I requested a refund. I was assured a refund would come, however it had to go through Corporate. It has been over 3 MONTHS and I have yet to receive my refund, despite dozens of calls to the Golden office and each time being told they are requesting it from "corporate" again. DO NOT TRUST PERFECT TEETH WITH YOUR DENTAL CARE!

Very welcoming and thorough checkups. Caught a problem my previous dentist missed, but also prevention focused. I'm switching my husband to Perfect Teeth too!

Great New Dentist Dr Matz DMD was the best I have ever seen. I need a lot of work after the Pandemic kept me away for 2 years. He was very thorough and kind in describing my options. Thanks!

Terrible front desk, hung phone up on me, called back and answered a Business phone What with attitude. Have been waiting almost two month to get crown finished! They infected nerve on tooth so had to do Root Canal. Different Dr. all the time. Will not finish paying bill until work is done. Tried making appointments online and have been ignored.

Excellent and thorough care. Dr. Matz spent a lot of time carefully and fully adjusting a bite problem I had with molars. Got a good thorough cleaning too.

This was my 1st time visiting Perfect Teeth. I am super impressed and very happy with the top class treatment and very friendly attitude of such a professional team. Dr Matz and his team are excellent.

Let's start with my first visit. I walk in and am expected to wear a mask. I am fine with that, but tell me why am I wearing a mask but three of four staff members behind the desk not wearing a mask and the one person wearing a mask has it barely on their face?! I told several people about my past experience (with my last dentist): charged $3600 for a tooth extraction. I wanted to make sure I was told up front about any necessary procedures and associated costs. During this first visit, if felt like the doctor was working on a car! I have expected him to stand up and put his foot on the chair for leverage! Never have I had dentist bang the various instruments against my teeth like was experienced here! After that initial visit, I was referred to the Wadsworth location. There wasn't any kind of conversation as to treatment options. They jumped in and did their thing. Hmmm. Now I have to have follow up visitS at the Golden location. Again, NO ONE is giving me details. And I guess I made the mistake of assuming and trying to be polite. At my second visit to the Golden office, as I am leaving, they hit me with a bill. WHEN was someone going to tell me the cost: insurance vs out of pocket?!? The second conversation I had about the costs, I was given a different dollar amount and of course it is not lower!! I was given a snarky response, "this is all normal"! Normal to ___??? it is NOT normal to someone outside of the dental profession. Shall I remind you I spoke with several people at the Golden location about being overcharged before and being billed (billed to insurance, not me) for services I didn't get. Insurance didn't care, they put it on my to clear the charges. Now, here I am again not being told the full amount or correct amount. Angrily, I paid the higher amount they requested to get out of there because no one could explain the discrepancies. Fast forward a couple months ... I'm looking at a bill saying I owe even more money!!!!!! I should have have a PhD in accounting to decipher the statement they sent me. In no way, shape or form can I get their slew of numbers to add up to what they claim I still owe them. Numbers aren't new to me as my career is in personal finance. Another thing that seriously concerns me is on page two of the statement it lists the dollar amount from insurance and for what I owe as estimates. Seriously?!? Over two months later, I'm still getting a bill that A) makes no sense, has no logic as to what I still owe and B) is labeled as an estimate?! Billing and care of the customer I give a solid F- Dentist and service I give a D at best (I didn't go into those details because I am so frustrated with how I was/am treated and the billing). I will add that there is more treatment they want to do. Who told me? the front desk when discussing the billing. Shouldn't that been done up front!?! I would never recommend this company/location!!!

The staff couldnt have been nicer!!!. Walked into the Golden location in severe pain and with no appt. The staff took immediate care of me through a 4 hour process of pulling a tooth that apparently had no desire to be removed and preparing me for a bridge they really had their work cut out for them with zero notice. Thanks to all of the staff !!! Your all Fantastic!!!
