As always and also today, 10/25/22 , Perfect Teeth provided me with exceptional, friendly , dedicated, and caring Patient care service to me. Special thanks to Dr. Sandoh-Dentist for all his dental care.. Also, Jennifer - Dental Hygienist who had great integrity and patience of my dental concerns and needs. Also thanks to Petra- Dental Assistant for her care for my dental needs. Furthermore, thanks as well for front office staff/ management - Leslie , Andi , and others for all insurance and billing needs and options ; much appreciated

This place is a price gouging, money hungry practice. I went there twice and they misquoted my pricing attempting to collect more money. To further evidence this, when I asked them for a letter of medical necessity to provide my insurance, they email me back saying "we do not write letters of medical necessity." This is the absolute most ludicrous statement I have ever heard from a medical facility. Finally, they also perform services that they know is not covered by insurance without your consent. I absolutely do not recommend you go here. This practice is an absolute joke. I hope there is a class action for fraudulent business practices against them.

So as someone who dreads going to the dentist (my last visit was probably when President Bush was in office) after increased teeth sensitivity during my pregnancy, my husband referred me to Perfect Teeth since he had a great experience with their team. I just went into today and it's the first time I didn't feel judged for not being in for so long or for not flossing while simultaneously encouraged with realistic goals for me. Petra helped me through the x ray process and Jen was a real MVP during my wicked deep cleaning. I actually understand what's going on with my teeth and she gave me great recommendation for a new tooth brush. Dr Wallin was super nice and walked me through next steps and a treatment plan. My mouth feels the cleanest it's been in years and I look forward to actually tackling these teeth to keep em healthy. Oddly enough for me I'm actually looking forward to my next visit.

Dr. Wallin is a big ole sweetie. He is very skilled and knowledgeable. No "God Complex here." He is a true healthcare partner and I trust him implicitly with my dental care. Cassandra has wonderful bedside manner and is very pleasant. I have zero complaints with care I have received here. I had only seen my childhood dentist well into my 40's until he retired a few years ago and never had any dental issues. Hard to find a new dentist you can trust however, I do trust these professionals!

I really appreciate how friendly and reassuring the staff are! It's a very welcoming environment, especially if you're a baby like I am when it comes to dental care! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Had my first appointment today - everyone in the office I met along the way was welcoming and efficient - and most refreshing was that everyone there was professional and helpful to each other, working to provide the care I needed. Definitely recommend.

Leslie was amazing!! Right from the start she made us feel comfortable. My wife has had some bad experiences and was very nervous but after 2 mins she was completely at ease. Thank you again Leslie and everyone there as it was one of the best experiences we've had at a dentist!

To start I generally hate going to the dentist .. so I was apprehensive about going to see a new dentist. But once I got there these wonderful people answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. They explained everything clearly and made sure to give me more than one option for my issue. If you need a good dentist with a friendly staff look no further.. this is the place..
