Edit: they have gone through a few receptionist and dentist since then. I think it may have made things a little hard to catch up . I had a 3 month in advance booked appt , that I learned was canceled the day of, after I called . Just a few other similar situations after. Staff was still always friendly though. Original: I had a thorough deep cleaning done by Devon :) I didn't know that getting shots (top and bottom of my mouth) could be so gentle and pain free. She was so patient , went slow and pays close attention . Lol I honestly didn't know that pain free dental Work existed- there is always a little bit of coarse. But I fully was able to trust her. Great dental experience. And did a thorough job on my cleaning !

It's almost impossible to get anyone on the phone. Scheduling an appointment takes multiple phone calls. Trying to get questions answered is very difficult. They don't return calls. While management in terrible, the hygienist did a good job. Dr. Gomez is OK, but I didn't feel like he took my pain I felt during the fillings seriously.

Dr. Nazari put me through so much unnecessary pain and suffering...I had an infected tooth. Saw her on a Friday, she told me if I had any problems I could call her. I tried to reach heseveral times and she said she was in the mountains without phone service. She referred me to another dentist for a root canal. That dentist referred me to another perfect teeth dentist for an extraction. He knocked off a crown in the process. Went back to Nazari who put the crown back on which fell of later the same day. She actually had the nerve to blame me. Absolute worst experience at a dentist in my life. It was Dr. Sarah Nazari and she most certainly was employed there and if I could I would be more than happy to prove I was a patient there!!! No mistake on my end, I don't write random negative reviews for zero reason. After what happened im not surprised you don't want to acknowledge me as a patient.....

If someone tells you they are in recovery, and can't take narcotics. Your response should never be "its really not that addictive" and then double down on the original answer when told again. And by the way he was talking about Valium. Which is very addictive. so completely unprofessional! I'm considering reporting him. And I haven't even mentioned the fact that They canceled my appointment one hour before, after i already took half a day off work. They said they had an appointment spot three months down the line. Basically if you have a neighbor that you don't like. Tell them to go here

One of the worst dental place I have been. Doesn't even deserve one star. They kept rescheduling me 5th time in last 4 months, they don't respect their client. I sure will take my business to elsewhere. Thank you for nothing.

Emails and cancels day of appointment. Scheduled me a month out, also cancels day of due to no hygienist on duty. I have not been able to get a hold of anyone from the Longmont or Erie office to reschedule. No one checks the voicemails or calls back. The way this dental office is ran in very unprofessional.

What a great office and fantastic dentist. Everyone made me feel comfortable and that had to be the most thorough exam I have ever had. I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a new dentist office to come her.

I had a dental emergency and tried to get an appointment at the 104th location and was cancel 3 times by the doctor because she had to leave early. That doctor was so unprofessional and acted like a child. The rest of the crew are so nice and professional. I was recommended to head to their Erie location and the receptionist was very kind and helpful. The doctor was knowledgeable and took the time to explain what kind of procedure I needed done and why I needed it. Will definitely recommend the Erie office.

The Erie office did a great job getting me rescheduled after my usual location temporarily closed. Devon did a great job on my perio maintenance and cleaning! Front desk was extremely helpful.

These guys are fantastic. Have been working with them for a couple of years now. Their dental techs are thorough and the primary dentist is great. He is professional, experienced and personable. Big fan.

I had a filling that was loose and causing problems with flossing. I scheduled an appointment to have the filling replaced which took approximately an hour. The new filling feels great and the problems with flossing are now gone. Thanks to the dentist, the assistant and Lois for getting me in.

Dr. Gomez and his staff are very welcoming and nice. I was in for two separate appointments and both nurses were fantastic. Pilar was incredible. I'm afraid of needles and so was nervous for the shots. I tensed up right before and instinctively she grabbed my hand and squeezed it. I felt so relieved. The experience makes me almost cry knowing that someone saw that I needed help and provided it without question. I'm in high level customer service and was very impressed. My second experience was great as well. The nurse made me feel so comfortable. She explained a lot to me and was very knowledgeable and sweet. I'm sorry I don't remember her name, but she was awesome. I will recommend this practice to people. They were amazing.

I hope Dr Gomez stays at this location. Besides being so friendly, I really appreciate how he explains what he's looking at in the xrays and also describes what he's about to do something inside your mouth. I always know what to expect. I had not met the hygienist Devin before today but she was the same way.

The entire dental staff is excellent. They are kind, respectful, gently and very friendly. They make every effort to make you relaxed and enjoy the event. They are the best!
