Dr. Gary is very accommodating and made my visit super easy and pleasant. He makes sure you understand everything he's doing and he has amazing patient care! Highly recommend !

The receptionist are the absolute rudest people on the planet. I like the dentist but the people at the front desk are extremely unfriendly.

The office is brand new and very nice. The staff was very attentive to my daughter when I took her in for her first appointment. I made additional appointments for myself and my son. I will definitely be back soon. I was very pleased.

I came here for a TMJ issue. I wanted a new night guard but prior to getting one I had to prove to Dr. Pinchas that I had problems opening my mouth too wide. He literally told me to put 4 of my fingers together and make a close fist and insert that into my mouth. Like WHAT? I tried doing it but I obviously failed. The next day my jaw, of course, hurt so bad form trying to prove myself to him. He also gave me an attitude and was super arrogant, all because I asked him a question, and he told me "Don't come here talking to me like that." Talking to him like what exactly? I don't know. Maybe he thought I was super young and he can talk to ME that way. I really don't know. Either way learn how to speak to your clients. Aside from the sweet receptionist, I would never return here. The office is also SUPER small and jam packed full of people. Not worth getting covid. And definitely not worth coming here if you have TMJ issues. Would never recommend.

Only cared about selling other services. I came to get cleaning and didn't get any but still billed to insurance.

Came here to get my teeth done and the dentist made it look brand new. I felt extremely comfortable the dentist was explaining the procedure and helping me out with everything. I loved the service and couldn't have for a better experience. Their name represents my teeth.

I have been coming here for so many years and I am very happy. I am in the best place. It's a very professional group, they make everyone feel welcome and I always come out with a smile on my face. Both Dr.Eduard and Dr.Gary are amazing and they never fail. My teeth have changed so much and I always look forward to coming here. Their sense of humor is like no other. Amazing place!!!! I love it!!!

The team and doctor at perfect teeth dental are amazing!. Had a wisdom tooth removed. I waited to come back from out of state just to have it done here. The doctor and his staff made the whole process so easy and pain free. Olga who works with the doctor makes you feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment you sit in the chair. I've been to other dentist around Queens but none are as courteous and experienced as the team at perfect dental.

I love this dentist. They provide excellent dental care are extremely nice and take time to answer any questions or concerns you may have. They make you feel very comfortable and have a very welcoming greeting. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone. If you are in search of a good dentist this is the place to go.

I came here because of Google reviews. However unfortunately my experience here was not what I hoped to be, due to a very uncomfortable and unprofessional comment Dr. Eduard Pinchas made to me after asking him about my temporomandibular joint (TMJ) situation. When I asked him about the reasons why I could be experiencing this situation, he asked me how do I chew my food, which from the beginning his question was odd to me. He began explaining that in the Asian community people chew like COWS.... my mind was blown away and I couldn't believe a "professional dentist" (as they advertise themselves) would refer to a patient in such matter to explain a possible reason for having a TMJ problem. Regardless of my ethnicity, his comment was disrespectful and not necessary. You would think that a dentist would be educated enough to have better ways to explain to his patients about their dental concerns. Do better, be better Dr. Eduard Pinchas.

Dr. Gary Pinchas and Dr. Eduard Pinchas are by far the best dentists I have ever been to. As someone who has had to visit the dentist numerous times for various issues, I can say that I have never felt more comfortable in a dentist chair. They are very accommodating, patient and make the health of the patient's teeth their number one priority. I can not recommend them enough!
